Darth Morrow - Iridonia Invasion
On mere approach, one could feel the air of the once free planet change. Since the departure and mysterious disappearance of Vaulkhar Zambrano the planet was taken by the queen of horror herself, Darth Morrow.
Morrow's childhood on Iridonia had been a haunting one, full of pain and suffering only to be relieved by being thrown to the academy as fresh meat. Rising though the ranks the woman always held onto memory of how she had been treated growing up, never passing her trials or being granted her tattoos. Something that drove her with anger and determination. It was until now that that anger festered and boiled much like the acidic oceans of the dark red planet itself.
The moment the Lord made his departure the planet was up for grabs, ready to feel the wrathful punishment of the Lady grasping it through sheer force. Approach was made, ships approaching by the dozen and her forces moved in to transform the world to her home world of dreams. One where she was on top, and the truly weak were punished.
Soldiers dressed in purple and black marched across the landscapes dragging together stray tribes and wandering natives. Those seen useful were put to the slave camps, lucky sensitives might find themselves in Morrows service, should they submit. Those to rebel or be deemed weak were sent away on transport ships, or slaughtered as an example.
Prepped and groomed for the idea of takeover the palace staff were quick to bend the knee to their new ruler, though little did they know they might never be retaken by their old benevolent master. Those to submit to her takeover were treated fairly, within reason. Supplied with proper food and drink they were sent to work the fields of Iridonia, any who swore true fealty under the check of reading thoughts were permitted to join her armed forces.
So far, the rule had been a quiet one. Uprisings quickly silenced and there was no opposition from the Empire or the Jedi. At least that she couldn't handle. The Emperor supported the claim of the planet, and should another stand in her way they would have to pass her armies, and any other Sith that would lend aide. The space surrounding the planet was crowded with battleships and small fighters ready for combat, the grounds riddled with Morrows own forces and apprentices ready to defend her claim.
