What are you looking at? [Antares]

~Katarr~

Katar was a world full of beauty, curved architecture and an abundence of stunning wildlife. Mia was here for an other reason though. The Miraluka, the planets inhabitants were without eyes. Evolved to see using the force, they retained vestigal eyes sockets but they were void of anything. Like the mandalorians they saw each other as family, no matter how distantly related. They sought nothing in the verse, save for survival. Their religion, traced back to the original Je'daii. Worshippers of Ashla and Bogan. Mia was here to put out feelers, to get an understanding of where they stood in the coming conflict. If all went well, they would have another vantage point from which to launch an attack against the Republic.

Clad in armour, her helmet clipped to her belt, Mia's footsteps carried her out of the government building. She reached up and pinched the bridge of her nose, pushing her frustrations aside, burying them beneath the surface again. Discussions were not going well, Katarrs ties with the Order ran back centuries. How did you break a lifetime of tradition? She let her feet carry her back to the ship, but something made her stop. An alarm bell rang in the back of her mind. Subconciously, her hand unclipped the holsters on her blasters and rested momentarily on them. Someone was watching her.

The Jedi Knight was upon Katarr for simple reasons that, Katarr was quite close to the Republic borders. So he was here, mostly to try and find out if the government was leaning to the Mandalorians. Couldn't have that...Considering the current events between the Republic and the Mandalorians. And so when he was at the government building, he saw a woman clad in Mandalorian armour.

He didn't know the woman, but she had caught his eye, mostly because she was a Mandalorian and seemed to have only just left the government building. But it didn't seem as if things were going well for her. That was good he supposed. But she stopped after a few moments, and he wondered what she would do.

Mia turned slowly, eyes scanning the area looking for her watcher. Eyes settled on Anatares and for a moment, all she did was look at him. She itched to reach for her beskad and cut him down, but so close to potential allies was a bad idea. I see you, Jedi. The telepathic message was filled with venom, but she tore her eyes form him and continued toward her ship, jamming her helmet on as she did.

She needed him to give her a reason to attack him.

Recently, Antares had taken a disliking to Mandalorians. Not because they were Mandalorians, or because they were a warrior race. But because they had thought themselves capable of bullying the Republic. They would threaten the Republic with a war that they wanted, and Antares would oblige...In small amounts.

You are unprepared. He replied, and he followed the Mandalorian woman to where ever she was going. He expected her ship, but then again, it was best to expect any sort of ambush from a Mandalorian.

Mia shook her head. So you think she shot back at him. She slipped into an alley on her left, taking her out of his line of sight and shot a grapple hook to the buildings roof. It hissed as it pulled her up. She moved back from the roofs edge and waited for Antares to appear.

The Jedi Knight had only been a few steps behind her and when he heard the sound o equipment that he always seemed to forget to acquire, he finally entered the alleyway that was on left. Within less than a second he straight up into the air with the aide of the Force empowering him and he came up over the edge of the building beside [member="Mia Monroe"]. "Mandalorians have always impressed me with their warrior ways. It is a shame that we are enemies."

Mia had drawn her beskad by the time Antares had reached the roofs edge. She swung it with two hands, aiming to smack him with the flat of the blade and send him back off the roof. She wasn't in the mood for talking anymore.

Talking wasn't an option apparently. So when Antares got to the top of the roof before he could even pull himself onto the roof he was smacked off of it, with the flat of the Mandalorian's blade.

He wrapped the Force around himself as he fell as a shield, and tried to create a cushion directly underneath him. While he fell he turned to face the ground and landed in a crouch quite heavily. He grunted and stood up to his body's full height and unclipped his lightsaber from his belt.
