That was the transmission that had gained the attention of Alex Starcrest, the owner of Republic of star. His company was growing with time, even to the extent that they received offers from other factions. They wanted them develop products, they were an arms dealer company that wanted to impress the universe. Become number one was the current goal, but that would come in due time.

He had arrived Antecendent in a few days, driving his motorcycle to the drive way of the casino. The approaching valet placed his hand out, Alex dropped the key in his hand and walked through the doors of the casino. It was like being a smuggler again, the attempts to win money, drinking and smoking....of course the house always wins in the end. It was a proven fact, but it was still fun when you know what your doing.

Alex looked around for the front desk, looking at the desk man with a smile on his face.

" Elo, I'm looking for a Mr. Logan Re. I'm the representative from the Republic of Star."

The main floor of the casino was a mad house as usual. There was really only one unspoken rule here in the casino; and that was Don't mess with the Ravens. Call girls, upper class dealers, pick pockets and con artists roamed the halls, doing business or preying on the less fortunate. But if a member of the Ravens was ever picked on, stolen from or hurt in any way, the repercussions would be swift and severe. Several scanitilly clad women would call out to the man as he walked through the main hallway, barely audible over all of the other nose.

The man at the desk looked up from his Holopad with a large smile. He nodded at [member="Grimm"], and pushed a button on his holopad and his finger hovered over the "call" button. "Might I have a name to inform Mr.Rê whom is here for him?". He smiled warmly again, patiently waiting for an answer. While he waited for an answer he pushed a third button on his holopad and a door behind him swung upon, a man in an expensive tuxedo walking out with a stiff posture and a small round tray with a glass of champagne on in it. He would walk over to the man at the counter after he gave the desk man an answer to give him the glass.

The man asked for his name which was acceptable, maybe they weren't expecting him. Than again he could be some assassin trying to get to the target, the good old days, but this was for business.

"My name is Alex Starcrest, hopefully nothing is wrong?"

He wondered about the group called the Dark ravens, despite his knowledge that they were a acknowledged universal power. Nothing else was really know to him, from the way this casino was. Maybe they were a tough bunch or just smugglers, well he would find out soon enough. Turning around to the man in the suit, he only scanned him just in case.

"Nice Suit, is that for me?" He said, looking towards the glass.

"Of course not Mister Starcrest. I'd just hate to leave my wonderful employers in the dark regarding the finer points of your arrival." she said, a slight smile exposing pearly white teeth that were perfectly straight. She put her hand up to her ear to press the talk button on her earpiece and muttered something inaudible into the microphone that ran down the side of her cheek.

The butler bowed slightly to [member="Grimm"] , picking the glass of champagne up by the stem between his thumb and index finger, offering it out to Alex. "Yes sir. Complimentary." The champagne would be very fizzy, but not overly sweet. The smell was intoxicating, as if the grapes had been freshly picked and placed right into the cup that was full of only champagne.

Alex only nodded to the desk hand, he was to focus on what sort of business could be gained. An owner of a casino must make large sum of profit, maybe he should buy a casino, but than again. He wanted to focus on one project at a time, looking back towards the glass.

"So tell me, will I be meeting Mr. Logan now?" He asked the desk worker.

The butler? Waiter? or overall personal bodyguard had offered me a drink, despite how good it smelled. Alex had a thing about talking drinks that he had not poured himself, it was his instincts to not take the glass. Yet, he was only posing as a civilian and so he took the glass from the tray. Sipping on the glass slowly, savoring the fizzy alcoholic beverage.

"Hmm, this is quite the drink. I suppose VIP club access wasn't a lie." Alex chuckled abit, before taking another sip. Wondering if he was meeting with the big cheese today.

The ladie at the desk lowered her hand from her ear. "If you'll kindly follow him now our employer is ready now." She would gesture at the butler, who nodded and slowly started to walk towards the elevator, pulling out a swipe card from the velvety folds of his tuxedo. He stepped inside the elevator and waited for [member="Grimm"] to set in side. He swiped the card and the elevator started to rise, the butler shaking slightly at the sheer speed it traveled at. He stepped out an motioned to a door in front of him. "He is waiting for you in there." he said before stepping back into the elevator, the doors closing behind him.

Alex followed the bulter to the elevator, he was surpised by the sudden jolt of speed it picked up. When they finally reached the floor, all he saw was the door that lead to the boss? When he turned around to thank the butler the doors for the elevator had already closed on him. Alex thought it to be a trap, but he doubted that for now. Snapping his body in place, he would open the door to whereever this door lead.

"Hopefully this is the right place." He said while walking through the doors, prepared for anything.

Logan sat in a black leather chair with his feet up on a stool in front of him. He had a small glass of whiskey in on hand, the other laying peacefully on the arm of the chair. As the door opened and Alex walked in, he stood slowly from his chair, sttretching his limbs slightly. He smiled warmly at Alex and went to shake his hand. "Ah, thank you for coming mister Starcrest. Was your trip here without trouble?" He gestured for Alex to come and have a seat across from where he had been a moment ago, taking several bottles off of the shelf and placing them on the round wooden table between them.

Alex looked at the figure, he was an average man. Nothing to outrageous about him. Closing the door behind him, he slowly appraoched the man who was starting to stand up from the chair. At least this place was secure, taking the offer hand shake. He would shake his with a firm grip, while smiling back at the figure. So this was the man that had placed the call to his company, maybe this would turn out to be something useful.

"It's no problem, Mr. Re, it's a pressure to meet you. As for my trip, it was uneventful to say the least." Stating calmly as he started to relax.

Alex took a seat at the chair that he had suggested and waited for the man to take a sit himself, so he could find out what the man wanted.

Logan smiled softly as Alex took a seat. He waited till he was seated before taking a seat himself, popping the top off of a bottle of whiskey. He took one of the cups on the table and poured the golden brown liquid into the round glass cup, topping it off. He slid the bottle across the table slightly, offering it to the man. "Whiskey for you? Or perhaps something else to drink?" he would say with a slight smile. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a fancy leather bound case, flipping the top off. Inside were crisp cigarettes that the casino made and sold themselves. He held it out to Alex, offering him one. "Perhaps as cigarette as well?"

Alex wondered what his game was? He watched the man open a bottle of whiskey, which meant.....that he liked whiskey. There really was no code for it, all he did was pour himself some. Than offered it to him, he only indulged the bottle and poured himself a cup of whiskey. Looking down towards the table, making sure that he didn't spill any.

"Whiskey is fine."

After he finished pouring himself a glass, he would place the bottle in the middle. Rearing back into his seat and looking straight at the man, as he took a sip of the whiskey. When his lips savored some of the brown liquid, Alex had started to cough up a storm from how strong it was. He was rather young to have these type of drinks, still somewhat of a child afterall. When he offered a cigarette, he only waved his hand as to decline the offer....he didn't like to smoke at all.

"Thank you for being so kind, Mr. Re. Yet, I am still pondering what you would need of me? It seems your well off financially, but what could you really need from me?" He said with wonderment in his eyes, he hoped that he knew of his field of work.

Logan chuckled slightly as the young man coughed as the alcohol burned down his throat, causing him to cough. "You alright there?" he asked, a grin on his face and a mischievous twinkle in his eyes. He didn't blame Alex for having such a violent reaction. It was the best whiskey in the Casino and it was all he drank. He remembered the first few times he struggled to keep the very same whiskey down, although that didn't go very. He snapped the pack shut as the man declined a smoke, "Very well. I'll have one later then."

He sat straight in his chair, folding his hands in his lap. "I'll cut right to business. I need armored ground transports made. The best you can make... Money is no concern." he said, adding the last bit on with a bit of a chuckle. It was fairly obvious that money wasn't a concern, but it never hurt to remind those that you hired or that did your biding that your influence was great and you had the means to get anything, whether for thier benefit or their demise.
