Tonight’s auction promised strange and hazardous wares that might or might not be legal under the current regime. Each piece stood behind a window of crystalline Mandalorian iron, fully transparent and virtually indestructible. The wealthy played cards and sipped complimentary cocktails.[/SIZE]

A shady figure clad in darkness moved with resounding weight through the aristocratic crowd. His walk was straight and unhindered, regardless of how many suited aliens he bumped into. He brought himself to a stop in front of Lot D, the Eyes of Sariss. The heavily modified S'kiss individual spent a moment gazing at the item, then proceeded to place a bid of 2,000,000, Credits.

Krystal needed a new sword. She had recently damaged her usual so much that she had to give it to a blacksmith for repair, and she sure as hell wasn't going to go unarmed until then. Drawn into the auction house by the sheer opulence of the place, she may have felt out of place among the gold but sure as hell did not show it. Money she had won from an earlier string of duels was begging to be spent -- Krystal wasn't the best when it came to spending practically -- and she wasn't going to argue.

She passed by the fascinating alchemic lenses, but quickly raised a brow at its current asking price and moved on. Rich people... She quickly arrived at lots that were more her speed. They all seemed to exude a dark aura of the force that made her both uncomfortable and itching to see what these could do. She caught her eye on Lot B, an elegant affair. She bit her lip and pressed a hand against the glass. Funny, it wouldn't respond to any of her force commands -- though that was probably just the Mandalorian Iron.

She quickly scribbled some numbers down, and put in her bid for the sword. 7,000 credits -- she wasn't sure what others would have bid for this but this was good to start.

When the auction closed, [member="Krystal Estain"] received Danzatore, the Mecrosa longsword, and [member="Orex Mauda"] received a set of the Eyes of Sariss.

Krystal squeals and waves around her new pointy sword. She does her best to not destroy..... ah who is she kidding. She spins it around and may accidentally decapitate some bystanders.
