Special Features:
 • Firing Types: The WB-01 comes with three distinct firing modes which grants the user more options in combat and how they use the weapon.
Strengths:
 • Sonic Rounds: Like all other Sonic weapons the WB-01 is more then adequate for dealing with a variety of threats especially saber wielders as the blasts of sonic energy can damage the organs of organic beings and still be incredibly damaging to inanimate objects.
Weaknesses:
 • Range: With a maximum firing distance of 30 meters it is no surprise that this weapon can be useless when dealing with some foes on the battlefield, and is useless at long ranges.
 • Recoil: The recoil of the weapon is on par with that of a shotgun and if not held properly can lead to the dislocation of ones shoulder.
 • Reloading: The power-drain on the WB-01 is immense forcing the weapon to require three powercells for the weapon to be operational, and replacing all three on a battlefield could be more time consuming than one wishes in the midst of danger.
 • AOE damage: The AOE mode of fire while devastating to the opponent can be dangerous on the user causing a variety of effects the least of which include headaches and impairment of senses.
Description: The Wave Breaker Mk.1 (WB-01) is the first in what will end up being a line of Sonic Weapons meant to be used against armored and non-armored opponents. Though to Saarenin the main targets will always be the Force Users of the galaxy. The weapon was put into creation after observations and studies having been done on a multitude of other Sonic weapons some of which include the Geonosian Sonic Blaster and the SonoMax 100. The WB-01 is the illegitimate love child of these two weapons as it takes ideas and concepts from both and bring them together into something that’s greater than the sum of its parts. Adding a few extra features in unique to itself the WB-01 is expected to fly off shelves.

Utilizing schematics and ideas from the Geonosian sonic weapons the WB-01 fires orbs of sonic energy that like blaster bolts is contained inside a magnetic field. Like a blaster weapon the magnetic field drops whenever it comes into contact with something whether energy or solid. When the magnetic field drops the sonic energy explodes, however instead of an omnidirectional wave it explodes forwards focusing all the energy on the target, making it even more devastating on the target than a standard Sonic blaster. The downside to this is that it doesn't contain the same ability to deal damage in all directions. When the orb begins to go outside the maximum range it simply deteriorates harmlessly. The second mode of fire is influenced by the Sonomax, but much more chaotic. When activated a wave of sonic energy is dispensed. There is no shape or form to it, only pure destructive sonic energy that disperses after only 6 meters. Those that are caught in this wave though can be expected to be flung backwards and suffer immense damage with even the user flying the opposite direction if not in a proper stance or being supported. The third and final mode of fire is Full Auto. Something that has never been seen done with a Sonic weapon to Saarenin's knowledge. Multiple orbs of sonic energy are fired back to back all contained in the same magnetic field of the standard shot but not with the same destructive power. However, the barrage of multiple rounds makes up for the dip in strength.

The weapon honestly seems great on paper but there are some quirks that customers may find annoying. One of which is the massive energy drain by the weapon. Requiring three power-cells the weapon is more than an annoyance to reload, especially when one is in combat or on a battlefield. Often times it is best to just put the weapon away till you're sure you're safe. Another thing customers must be aware of is the recoil of the weapon that matches that of a full blown shotgun and if not wielded carefully can lead to the dislocation of a limb. The Full Auto and Wave firing modes are notorious for the recoil involved with them making it hard for weaker users to keep their shots on target. With the former being dangerous to the user just as much as the target. The wave mode is more so meant for last ditch efforts and can be damaging to the users hearing, cause headaches, induce vomiting, without proper protection.

I need some detail on your second fire mode, the AOE one. Are we talking sonic damage like a sound loud enough to bust eardrums, or are we talking a Geonosian-style concussive impact like your other fire modes? It seems like you're talking about the latter. If so, that'll be pretty rough on the user, and your Weaknesses list should discuss that at length.

I wanted it to be between those two. To cause sonic damage that could disorient, impair senses, cause vomiting and such along with enough power to fling people back and away from them. Not so much so the intense destruction of the Geonosian weapons. Was avoiding the Omnidirectional blast thing because it would be horrible in the AOE mode.
