Description:
The Wave Skimmer is a repulsorlift design in line with swoop bikes designed for use in amphibious situations. Capable of operating both as a standard swoop bike and submerged the vehicle is best used, and most often used, as a sports vehicle remaining partially submerged. When in this configuration the vehicle splashes water to the enjoyment of all.

Designed by a Selkath the vessel shares a surprisingly amount of features with the aquatic race. Smooth and hydrodynamic the vessel is capable of fully submerged operation. Although speed is greatly decreased when submerged the vessel still comes standard with basic light kinetic shields to protect the rider from small loose flying debris, such as dust and water, as they fly across, or under the water.

The vessel doesn’t really have cargo, relying on the rider to carry anything they require in a backpack or added saddlebags for the craft, however it does have a single small compartment roughly 600 x 400 x 200 millimeters in dimension located on the top of the craft behind the handlebars. This compartment is fully water sealed, and allows for small additional components to be installed in the basic Wave Skimmer models.

Given its makeup and incredibly small size this vehicle has a tiny sensor profile making it nearly invisible to standard sensors when riding in the water. Because of this the vehicle is a favorite for many criminal elements trying to slide in under the radar.

Oh my gosh, an actual vehicle submission! Everything seems to check out here, so this will be pending secondary, with the warning that it is kinda-sorta up to the person you're sneaking by whether or not they detect your craft or not, technically speaking.
