Want to create a slaver cartel. Who's with me?

I want to create an organization (that will later become a faction) based around slavery.

Characters will either be captors, traders or enforcers. Captors will go out and get slaves, traders will trade them (duh) and enforcers will enforce contracts with boom boom sticks.

Anybody want to join?

[member="Statsberg"] Interesting idea. Were you wanting to use a canon slaver group (there are a lot, perhaps most notably The Crucible, the Thalassians, and the Zygerrians), or did you want to make something new?

With so much of the galaxy in upheaval as major powers like the GA, CSA, and Galactic Empire collapse, all sorts of formerly-protected populations are now vulnerable. Frankly, much of the Core Worlds region is open to exploitation by canny warlords and criminals, and the masses of refugees fleeing galactic conflicts would be even easier pickings. It's a perfect time for slavers to strike, expand, and grow strong. Color me interested if this gets off the ground (and I'm happy to help with that once I get more information), though I would make a fresh character to participate (depending on the theme of the organization).

If you have an idea in mind (name, area of operations, whether it's going to be canon or original), I'd love to hear it; there's enough interest here to get started, in my humble opinion. If you're not sure yet, I can throw out some ideas and help you set things up. I'm excited by the idea overall, and I'd love to start really planning it out.
