Average Lifespan: 25–30 standard years (shorter in prolonged combat exposure)
Estimated Population: Rare
Description:
A monstrous quadrupedal Sithspawn creature, the Vurskorr is a fusion of engineered DNA, volcanic organics, and ancient cybernetic grafts. Its armored form glows with internal heat. Created for the sole purpose of war, they serve no biological or ecological purpose beyond destruction.

Average Length of Adults: 6.8 meters from snout to tail
Skin Color: Charcoal black, obsidian, or dark crimson; often laced with glowing magma cracks
Hair Color: None
Distinctions:
  • Massive armored body plated with volcanic chitin
  • Glowing rib-vents and snout exhausts expelling smoke and heat
  • Clawed limbs fused with Steel alloy
  • Fanged maw with inner furnace used for molten breath
  • Genderless and sterile; created entirely in alchemical vats
  • Can run at a terrifying pace for short bursts despite massive size

Races:
N/A – no natural variation; all are vat-bred clones of an original alpha specimen

Force Sensitivity: No

STRENGTHS
  • Molten Breath: Can expel a plasma-like stream of hyperheated bile from its mouth. Melts most starship-grade materials within at close range.
  • Siege-Class Physiology: Alchemized muscle mass and steel infused bone structure allow it to survive high-impact kinetic and energy-based attacks. It is capable of leveling bunkers and ripping apart armored vehicles.

WEAKNESSES
  • Cryogenic Vulnerability: Cold-based weapons and Force powers (e.g. Cryokinesis, CryoBan grenades, frigid environments) drastically weaken or paralyze the Vurskorr. Its internals can freeze and rupture.
  • Heavy Anti-Tank Weaponry: It is a large beast and it not being infused with an expensive rare metal leaves it vulnerable to Individual held rockets, High explosives, HEAT's, TOW missiles, air strikes, Close air support.
  • Connection to Master: When the Vurskorr loses its connection to its master it becomes a volatile un-aligned monster.

CULTURE

Diet: Carnivore (flesh, bone, and processed bio-waste); can also metabolize forge slag, molten ore, and heat-rich materials for sustenance. Raw plasma vents used as "feeding" stations in some breeding chambers.
Communication: Low-frequency roars, body slams, exhaust howls.
Technology Level: None creature is incapable of using or understanding tools.
Religion/Beliefs: None.
General Behavior:
The Vurskorr behaves like a semi-mechanical predator. It operates primarily under command from chips built into them that a dark side user has to focus on in the force (Degree of master can allow this to be minimal tether or full focus) and will attack anything not imprinted to its limited recognition protocols. Outside of combat, it requires containment fields or deep sedation to remain stable. It does not bond, does not rest naturally, and cannot reproduce.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

Cultivated by Rellik in secret illegal transfers of some Zakkeg from Dxun to Taspir 3, they were taken to the molten surface and transformed through ritual and alchemy into new secret weapons of the Diarchy. The Vurskorr was designed to break through planetary defenses

The alchemical process was grueling, prospects failed either combusting during activation or turning on their creators. The final surviving beast, codenamed "Ashborn Alpha," was used to begin the template and cloning process of the others. Containment is often the greatest challenge, without a strong Dark Side presence to maintain control, most go berserk and burn out in their own fury.
