Strengths and Weaknesses

Public Speaker (+)
Due to his attempts at rallying systems together in arms Vuoe has become quite praticiced in the art of speech craft. Able to give resounding speeches of change and hope that it would make most any at least concider his point of view.

Hard Shell (+)
Due to his species tough outer shell he can naturally take a blaster round or two more than the average sentient. This has saved his life on numerous occasions.

Quick Shot (+)
Many diplomatic situations have turned south and fast for Vuoe. This has caused him to become acustomed to drawing his blaster before his opponent on the slightest motion that may indicate they may be going for some form of weapon.

Frail Body (-)
Unlike his stockier southern brethren Vuoe is quite frail in terms of physical strength. It wouldn't take much to overpower this man and he can do little things that would be concidered a feat of strength.

Family Name (-)
His adoptive fathers family name carries a bit of weight. Not the good kind. Many men of ill repute are searching for Vuoe. Many bounties were placed on his head in several different systems. Whatever it was his father had done, he refused to tell, had caused a sheer hatred of his familyline by those who are professed in illegal tasks.

Questionable Views (-)
Vuoe statements of revolution and pro-system rule makes some people look at him like a mad man. Earning distrust and hatred from those who disagree. This causing a reputation in many systems that far from a positive one.

Appearance:
Vuoe is average for his race in most respects. He is a bit shorter than the average and thus slightly thinner. On his chest there is a blastmark from a attempt on his life during a speech. His snout is slightly longer than standard. He can be found wearing a blue side button up full coat that flows down down to his knees along with a basic pair of black trousers and a pair of black combat boots.

Equipment
His fathers custom blaster pistol. A three burst snub nose blaster meant for close range combat. A basic communications comlink. A datapad he keeps a personal journal in.

Biography
Vuoes' family had perished when he was at a young age with a horrific incident involving the ever burning laves on his homeworld. The details recorded are fuzzy and not well kept but he became the burden on his fellow Mustafarians. He was cared for via handouts from people he was able to talk into feeding him. He didn't learn any of the trades of his culture. His home changed daily or weekly. This was his life for many years. Around age five a old human visited his homeland. Kind and well spoken. He had come to trade with the Mustafarians in a attempt to turn a profit. That is when he met the orphaned Vuoe. He learned of his situation and quickly made a deal to take him off of the groups hands. They gladly accepted. Antoben was the name of this kind human. He treated the adopted Mustafarian as if it was his own blood. He had a great life with this man. It was far from normal though. They were always on the move. Not staying in one system for long. Seemingly on the run from something. This allowed Vuoe to see how the lands around him were run. Galatic spanning goverments without a care for indivigual systems. He saw horrible displays of the worst the universe had to offer. Poverity. Death. Disease. All those he viewed were preventable. Then he came to a conclusion. The goverments needed to be more localized. He began to become a advocate for system self rule. He wrote often on the topic and attempted to get these writings published but they were censored. He did what he could while travling with his father. The day the old man died was a somber day but it opened up new oppertuinities. He used his inheritance and the ship to go to diffrent systems and began to give speeches on what he belived in. Rallying some support. Nothing major. Maybe a small group on every third system taking what he said to heart. It was a difficult task. People simply weren't interested in the concept. He attempted more radical ideas. He spoke of violent change. His speeches became more revolutionary in nature. Again. Little results on the large term. He was becoming more known at large. The only mentionable thing that could be said he achieved was a city broke into a open riot on a minor outerrim planet. This sadly was something quickly put down by military forces. Some issues arrived after this. Contracts and bounties came off to him. Understandably so. Rarely did he encounter these men though and even rarer did he have to defend himself. He was not a fighter by nature but he had trained with his fathers old blaster daily. He had become quite good with it. Though he had little to no experience with combat. He spends his days doing things to further his cause in many different systems. If he deems it good for the system he will stop at nothing to accomplish that goal.
