GENERAL INFORMATION
COMBAT INFORMATION
  • Availability: Rare.
  • Deployment: Limited.
  • Strengths & Weaknesses:
[ FORCE ] - These troopers have been imbued with the Force by Itash Mecetti. Through their connection to the Force they are more attuned to their surroundings, have better reflexes and through some training can utilize a handful of force powers. (Force Speed, Force Push/Pull, Ionize, Precognition). Their command over the Force ranges from Acolyte to Knight levels. None of them possess Mastery over the Force.
  • [ ABLE ] - They are some of the best troopers and pilots that Didact has to offer. They have the training and equipment to handle many situations coming their way. They are natural pilots, infiltrators and saboteurs.
  • [ VOID ] - This squad drew their numbers from the best Void Troopers and Words. They retain the same weakness of delusion and temperament, which is increased by their usage of the Darkside of the Force.
  • [ FORCE NULL ] - From ysalamiri to void stone, their powers can be taken away and leaving them without their shiny abilities.

[*]Description: The Void Squads or simply Void are specialized units made up of the best soldiers Didact has to offer. They are highly competent, have access to expensive gear and are imbued with the Force through the Scepter of Ragnos. Whenever Didact needs a job done that would be a suicide mission for even the Void Troopers, they put a Void Squad into play. Their loyalty is beyond dispute and it is shown by their conduct- no retreat, no surrender, taking huge risks to accomplish the job they were assigned to.
The members of the Void Squads are most at home in space, utilizing cutting-edge Didact spacecraft to breach enemy ships and hijack them from within. They have been trained in slicing, demolition and similar pursuits.

Their competence in the Force also puts them at the forefront of any mission where Didact would be up against other forcers. From Jedi to Witches or even Sith, Void Squad has been trained to resist and coordinate against other force users. This makes them far more effective against them compared to the usual Didact trooper. Their success rate is much higher as a result.

As is their turn-over rate.

There are roughly sixteen members within a single Void unit. This number fluctuates alongside the turn-over rate and recruitment drives, but it is very rare for there to be more than sixteen individuals. If the numbers reach over twenty, usually a new unit is created to accommodate this growth.

[ STEALTH ] - Their presence in the Force has been magnified. This means that those attuned to the Force could sense them coming and has the potential of ruining a mission of stealth.
Most Force Sensitives can sense and predict impending danger regardless of the Force sensitivity of the attackers. I suggest you either remove or replace this.

Further, the squadron count for the starfighter you linked is eight. Does that mean Void Squad has eight members? Since this is a Force Sensitive unique unit with limited deployment meant for special operations, you might as well clarify their exact strength someplace in this submission.

Linked and removed.

As for the fighter, that was more an indicator of what kind of starfighter this unit favours. It isn't restrained by the official fighter count inside the squadron. Considering these guys have a rather high turn-over rate and their number fluctuates as a consequence I'd rather just stick with the template ratings. Is that alright?

Since this is a singular squad, it would be helpful to know how many people are in the one squad. A high turn-over rate means dead people get replaced, not that the size of the unit fluctuates beyond this.

I made some tweaks to the submission to pull it more in line with how I imagine this to work. An example below:

I also added an interceptor model within their equipment, because they'd have access to it depending on what their mission is.
