Due to the history the Ubese share with the Jedi, all Ubese are brought up hating Jedi for the destruction of their home planet.
Vlad absolutely hates the jedi, but partly blames this sith for its destruction too. But is somehow capable of being around them without wanting to strangle them. His extensive skill makes his quite useful to the sith and all others he can for his aid. Other than jedi.
