The Stinger and Vitriol combat droid combo pack offers a droid that can be hardened for vacuum or used in its standard mode in terrestrial environments. Deployed in teams of five, the Stinger-Vitriol package provides four combat droids for every one electronic warfare package droid (Vitriol).[/SIZE]
[SIZE=13.3333333333333px]The Vitriol is the second part to this package. While the Stinger Droid brings the fight, the Vitriol droid is a shock trooper against electronic targets. The use of this droid is very simple. It will proceed to a target and work a variety of protocols, including but not strictly limited to: hacking hardened targets, breaking firewalls, rerouting program parameters and interfering with scanners and sensors. This unit is made to bring you complete control over the battlefield through a variety of means.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=13.3333333333333px]The major downside to this droid is that is has no offensive weapons and must depend on Stinger units for defense. Additionally, as it is a small frame and unit, it needs to have close proximity for its electronics warfare package to take effect, in some cases be physically jacked into a system in order to affect it. However, the droid excels at preventing itself from falling prey to the same attacks. Instead of a killswitch, the droid will begin to shut down and erase its programming core, becoming battlefield junk.[/SIZE]
