Ruby red lips, pale white skin, pompadour ginger hair, and always has a twisted pearly white grin. He usually wears a straight jacket and black and white asylum garments stained with velvet blood. His smile is of the sort that would ring chills down anyone's spine.

BIOGRAPHY:
Viktor was born to a single mother twenty four years ago. He seemed to be a normal boy, but in actuality he was criminally insane. His mother was a nightclub dancer and he hated her for it. Eventually he murdered his mother and began his criminal spree of mass murder for the fun of it. Making grand displays out of his ventures and constantly stealing the spotlight.
