INVENTORY

| Double-Bladed Training Saber
• Due to still being a Padawan, Vif's double-bladed lightsaber is a training saber, meaning that it is not able to do the same type of damage as a normal lightsaber. Despite this, it's still able to deal damage. It gets the job done.

| Other/Misc
• Vif doesn't carry around much. Most of what he carries is on his belt in various pouches. These include basic, rudimentary supplies such as medical supplies, navigation equipment, etc.

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS

If "I am one with the Force, and the Force is with me" was personified, Vif Hozz is that person. Already being a spiritual person from a young age, before even joining the Jedi Order, Vif is often regarded as quiet and reserved person by the very few that know him. Despite this, he is someone who always puts others before him, always acting in service to others. He's someone who believes that all things are meant to happen by the will of the Force, with him as its conduit. And to him, the Force is giving him simple instructions: to protect and serve others, who cannot protect and serve themselves.

STRENGTHS

| Patient and Thoughtful Beyond Measure
• Soft spoken and kind, it is very difficult to get Vif riled up. Despite his age, he is more composed and calm than many of his peers. Regardless of the kind of pressure that is put before him, the most common appearance of Vif in these situations is stoicism and composure. He doesn't care how long it takes to reach through to someone, he is willing to put in the time needed.

| Lightsaber Competent
• "Speak softly, and carry a big stick." Well, Vif does carry that big stick. Despite his rather passive nature, if it's time to throw down, Vif is more than willing to ignite his lightsaber, and take those who wish to do harm, out. Utilizing Form VI (Niman) for general purpose and Form III (Soresu) for particularly defensive needs, Vif is capable of taking people down, while competently defending himself and others.

| Force Adept
• Having discovered his Force abilities before joining the Jedi Order, Vif spent some time practicing his abilities long before he became a Padawan. Because of this, and the further instruction he received upon joining the Order, his is quite adept with the Force for a Padawan. He's trickier to use mental Force abilities on, and he can keep up with other Force users who use physical Force abilities.

WEAKNESSES

| Traditional, Too Traditional
• After going through what archives were available to him, and the teachings on history he's been given, Vif finds himself aligning more with traditional Jedi beliefs than the current ones. While there's nothing inherently wrong with knowing history, or agreeing with certain values of the past, Vif may be going a bit far with what he believes. For example, he does not believe that Jedi should have romantic relations, nor should they be blinded by their emotions.

| Merciful to a Fault
• Vif will give someone a million and one chances, because that one last chance might be the one where they finally redeem themselves. He will always try to talk people out of violence, even while in the middle of fighting. And he is always hesitant to kill someone, always choosing to spare someone from death. This has its obvious disadvantages, as he can be tricked and fooled, and it's easy to come for revenge if you know you're going to live to try again.
