PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Victport is older but still in good physical condition, having taken care of his body all of his life. He stand about 6'2" and weighs around 209 pounds. His face does show visible signs of aging, though much of it is covered in what can only be described as a finely combed beard and mustache. All of his hair and facial hair has turned a silvery-gray color, and Victport does not dye any part of his hair, mustache or beard, though he always make sure to keep himself well groomed at all times. His appearance is quite deliberate as he seeks to maintain his image and persona as an "elder statesman" type.

INVENTORY

As the High Commander of Mahporeem, Victport Graras is perhaps the most powerful person in the entire Imperial Remnant. As such, he owns numerous pieces of equipment and properties all across the Imperial Remnant itself, though his most important possession remains his Imperial Officer's uniform. His uniform is a bit different from other Mahporeenian examples, as his contains a red sash that signifies his position as High Commander, epaulettes not seen on any other uniform, and a unique Rank Insignia Plaque.

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS

Victport is quiet, dignified and well spoken, though he exudes an aura of authority no matter where he goes or who he's with. Victport is a firm believer in the idea of merit, that those who are most qualified to be in charge should be, and has been known on several occasions to assign those who have impressed him with their abilities to positions of power and importance throughout the Imperial Remnant. That being said, Victport is quite cunning and calculating, and at the end of the day everything he does is done for the betterment and continued survival of the Imperial Remnant, even if that comes at the cost of other peoples and planets wellbeing. To that point, Victport believes the Imperial Remnant should exert as much control on its neighboring star systems as possible, so that Mahporeem can best decide how the populations and resources they acquire are being used.

HISTORY

For most of his life, Victport has found himself in positions of authority.

From a young age, Victport was involved with the Mahporeem Imperial Army, quickly rising through the ranks to assume a position of command amongst his peers. Victport was noted as being particularly calculating and able to achieve results, and eventually he was selected to represent the army as the appointed representative of the Mahporeenian Planetary Triumvirate. Still, Victport was unsatisfied with the direction that Mahporeem was heading down, which is why he hatched a plan to secure its future.

Victport took the unusual step of contact Marlon Sularen and breaking Mahporeem's long self imposed exile to have his planet officially join the now defunct Imperial Confederation. For the next two years, Mahporeem dutifully played its part, contributing troops and supplies to the Imperial Confederation's campaigns against their many enemies. Of course, the Imperial Confederation would eventually collapse, but in its place, Mahporeem was ready to pick up the pieces.

Within a few months after the Imperial Confederation fell apart, Mahporeem launched its most audacious mission yet, codenamed OPERATION: HOMECOMING. Within the span of three days, six planets that had been under various degrees of Mahporeenian influence officially decided to join the Mahporeem Imperial Remnant and fall under the authority of Mahporeem itself, launching the Imperial Remnant's official beginning as a major galactic power.

Now appointed as the "High Commander" of the Imperial Remnant, Victport continues to expand Mahporeem's power and influence across the stars, having outlasted nearly every other Imperial Remnant and major Imperial Power throughout the galaxy. Yet no one understands more than him just how difficult it is to maintain an empire, especially one built on scrap like Mahporeem is, and no one can be sure for certain whether or not the Mahporeem Imperial Remnant will last any longer than its predecessors did...
