APPEARANCE:
Vex wears a light robe, colored grey, beneath a set of custom armor he built in his early adulthood. The armor is made with durasteel, as most Mandalorian armors are. The body, wrist guards, leggings, and boots are colored green. The shoulder pads are colored orange as is the helmet, which also has a black pattern on it. The mix of these specific colors, as Vex explains to anyone who asks, stands for the three principles he lives by: the green represents his Duty to fight for a better tomorrow for those he deems worthy, the orange represents Lust for a better Life without Jedi or Sith, and the black on his helmet represents Justice for his family. A jet pack can be attached to the back, though Vex rarely equips one.

BIOGRAPHY:
Vex Kumud was born on Concord Dawn. Both his parents were military soldiers, his father being a bounty hunter for the Mandalorians and his mother being a commander of special units. Like most Mandalorians, he spent the majority of his childhood learning the art of combat and war, the art of conquering and ruling. While training he favored his fathers work as a bounty hunter, seeing it as the best way to make a living in the chaos of the galaxy.​

He particularly enjoyed the concepts of traps and poisons. Although he found joy in blasters and knives, traps and poisons became his primary study of focus. Through his early teenage years, Vex developed many custom traps that he would later sell for credits. The traps, although unorthodox, were effective and deadly. Toxins and poisons proved more challenging. While developing a new toxin, one he named Element Zero, the batch caused a small explosion. The resulting damage caused a deep burn along the right side of his jaw and the lose of his left eye. The following month he was able to gather enough credits to get cybernetic surgery done and get a new eye.​

Years of selling his traps allowed him to begin funding his next project; the construction of his own armor. He believed, like his father, that the armor Mandalorians wore was sacred and that it was their nature to create their own armors. When he was twenty-two, Vex joined his father on jobs that spanned across the galaxy. Most were taking out small time thugs, though some jobs were on force-users. One job the duo took on was the assassination of a Jedi Master on the Republic capital of Yutan. The job was successful, as all were. However a week later, while visiting home, a small squad of Republic Troopers, led by a Jedi, attacked Vex's home. Vex and his father and mother all fought the squad, killing most before Vex was injured by the Jedi leader. Upon awakening, he found both his parents dead. Deducing the Jedi did indeed kill them, based off the various saber wounds, Vex grew furious.​

Blaming the Jedi Order for allowing such a thing to occur, he decided dedicate his life to killing Jedi. His anger allowed him to unlock the force sensitivity that he himself had. Deciding not to seek guidance, he began to train himself in the dark arts of the Sith in the hopes of gaining the power to one day destroy the Jedi Order completely. Selling his parents home and most of his own personal belongings, he finally finished crafting his armor. When choosing the color, he knew one wound't do any justice. Coloring it green for duty, orange for lust of life, and black for justice, his armor was complete.​

He spent the next several years taking any and all jobs that required the death of a Jedi. During these times he became distant and constantly focused on his work rather than his own life. Few jobs had him encounter Sith and other dark siders of the force. Through these encounters, as well as learning his own dark abilities, he decided that no one was deserving of the power except those Vex himself found worthy. It was then that Vex took any job that involved a force user, no matter what side or race or age. If they could use the force, Vex was determined to destroy each and every last one of them.​
