Her eyes are clear topaz, brighter and more luminous with a light-honey amber flecks throughout, the color appearing almost lit from within in low light. HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Born a few years after her sister to their fathers mistress. After her mothers passing under mysterious circumstances she was brought to live on Coruscant and told her half-sister and new stepmother would accept her. She learned quickly differently. Ayumi was never cruel to her and Elysand Pallopides was accepting of her. She was as she said a child and the actions of her husband had nothing to do with the girl. SHe made sure Ayumi understood that as well but their father was less then thrilled. Wanting to see his children compete for position as his heir and only the strongest of them would be given the title. He shipped Ayumi and her off to different academies. Ayumi going to Coruscant and Vespera going to Alderaan. She learned a lot in school and heard about her sister returning home and going off on some random job as opposed to living in high society.

She finished her time on Alderaan and was shipped to learn on Chandrilla, the prospects for her life drastically different aas her step-mother focused more on getting her skills that she would be able to use while staying away from her father who wanted to marry her off to a far flung warlord that would help benefit his ambitions. Verpera accepted it and meeting with her sister when she was touring for the junior senator program she was able to at least talk with her. Realizing Ayumi was doing much the same, finding something high profile that they could do and be away cause otherwise their father wanted to advance or have the means to better improve their vast fortunes. She did that, while Ayumi would be in the political sphere and use that attention to protect herself Vespera would use being away and constantly going to another program for her own.

That worked for several years, the sisters meeting, talking and coordinating. She would meet with her step-mother who had warmed up to her more and more. It wasn't her fault for her husband. That was what made the Imperials attack on Coruscant so devastating. Her step-mother was killed in the initial attack alongside her father. Ayumi told her she was going there to try and help them at first and that she should stay where she was but the core itself was under attack so she ordered her sister to go to the one place she would be safe at least in thought. Their father had arraigned a marriage to a warrior that was considered a hero and fairly new. His circle of friends suggesting the union to gain an army or warriors at least. Vespera didn't exactly like it and Ayumi agreed but it was the closest place she wasn't going to be seen as fleeing.

Vespera agreed only because her sister was right and she want to go and meet at least for now the warrior. She didn't know who he was and when a massive Togorian revealed himself to her she was surprised. Agreeing to it as there was a danger in most cases, the Alliance was falling, the High Republic was on the rise along with various sith and Imperial powers... she knew the practicality of what she had to do but she wasn't entirely certain that she wanted to do it. So the marriage was quick, clean and small scale with Ayumi rushing over from Denon and telling her the news afterwards. Vespera and her both doubted that there would be anyone coming after them. The empire seemed more interested in the symbolism of the core and their death star destroyed over Atrisia then anything else.

So she married Fervos and while it was arraigned for less then humble reasons.. she doubted her father knew much more then warrior king with an army... she wasn't going to let that deter her. She like Ayumi had the force and she knew how to contact her sister without the holocalls should something happen. Ayumi was working on Denon with the senator Dominique Vexx as they were bringing many reforms and with the passing of their parents there was a lot that had been opened to them. Her father securing the estate and trust that her mother had set up for her and Ayumi inheriting all of it though she worked with legal teams to untangle and find where Vespera's had been hidden away. Eventually Dominique became the chancellor of the high Republic and Ayumi was re-elected to the position of Denon senator.

What was more the capital of the High Republic, Naboo was where she would go and it was something that she had not expected. Learning a great deal about their family over the years she was surprised when Ayumi said she had petitioned for their old house to be restored... at least in name. They would have to work for it but it would give Vespera a place she could be safe as the mansion that was being built was a combination estate for dozens, fortress and isolated area with local protection in the form of gungans protecting the waters. She convinced her husband who had been wanting to become involved and they moved going to the estate in the lake country on Naboo as a chance and she would be able to help out there while Ayumi was only a little ways away with her position.
