DESCRIPTION
Versili Fleet Systems is a Rising Corporation established as a result of the decision made by CEO Adam Versili (Secretly Dorian Sevanar , Head of Final Dawn Intelligence) along with the Intergalactic Shipping Collective's Board of Directors to create a separate branch of the Intergalactic Shipping Collective dedicated to Shipbuilding and Vehicle Manufacturing as well as to facilitate the growth of the Intergalactic Shipping Collective by granting it a foothold into the Galactic Alliance and a means of securing lucrative contacts with both Military and Civilian entities. Having already acquired various shipbuilding and industrial facilities , attracted a considerably large workforce from former Confederate Worlds and installed themselves in Fondor , Versili Fleet Systems now strikes to become a major player in the Shipbuilding and Vehicle Manufacturing Industry and make a profit from the constant state of warfare that has engulfed the galaxy for decades now.

RATIONALE
As the Second Great Hyperspace War wages and the Galactic Alliance begins to expand southwards into the former territories of the Confederacy of Independent Systems through their SILK Trade Route Act , the Intergalactic Shipping Collective sought new opportunities to expand their operations and further increase their presence across what was once known as the Confederacy of Independent Systems. In the wake of the Kuati Civil War and Bilbringi's Embargo of the Alliance , the Intergalactic Shipping Collective saw an opportunity and quickly began drawing up plans to establish a new subsidiary corporation largely dedicated to Shipbuilding and Vehicle Manufacturing in an effort to gain a foothold into the Galactic Alliance through the SILK Trade Route and begin gradually expanding towards the Core Worlds. Making use of Facilities already acquired at Fondor , Bestine IV and Yag'Dul as well as acquiring further assets at Mechis II and Scarl , Versili Fleet Systems now begins the hard task of achieving the goals set by it's parent company all in the name of profits and credits.
