Rationale:
Founded by Tyran Vizsla and initially funded out of pocket by the former bounty hunter from his days in service of the Hutts. V/A started small with only Tyran Vizsla himself completing contracts locally for feuding warlords before moving up to employing various soldiers with the expertise needed to conduct higher caliber assignments. Initially founded on Mandalore, the organization relocated to Yavin IV after a hostile takeover of an old military complex operated by Death Watch sympathizers on the moon's surface.

Created in response to the growing atrocities committed by the One Sith and the Primeval across the galactic disk. Verda ures Alii'gai or "Warriors without Colors" is a Private Military Company (PMC, PF) that provides a specialized paramilitary force for anyone who needs them. They are warriors without a flag, without borders, who are bound by a warrior's code regardless of their origin or ideology with the resolve to complete their mission without hesitation or regret.
V/A specializes in a variety of covert operations from infiltration to personnel extraction and provide private security/ auxiliary support to contacts. The basis of V/A is the combination of a Special Forces Team and Mercenary Paramilitary Chapter, the protection of innocents is a must in V/A as noncombatants must stay out of the warzone to prevent further atrocities from being committed. Innocents are to be protected unless sanctioned by the heads of V/A. Soldiers deserve soldiers.
Verda ures Alii'gai accepts contracts from any client as long as they are not affiliated with the One Sith or Primeval and do not commit humanitarian crimes that discredit the organization in any fashion.
