PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

As with all Rattataki, Veyna has pale skin, and a bald head decorated with deep dusky blue tattoos. She is a bit tall for a Rattataki female with a slender figure, but one that bears the training of a skilled fighter shown in tone muscles and flesh that bears scars of combat. Her pale blue eyes seem to glow eerily when peering out of the shadows of a hooded cloak she often wears. Her voice is almost a whisper, as smooth as silk and oftentimes the last thing a victim of hers will hear. All of this has given her the moniker of “The Ghost of Rattatak” by those who have witnessed her and her work.

INVENTORY

Venya has a variety of weapons in her inventory, some which are with her at all times and some which are stored at her stronghold. They include, but are not limited to: Vibro-Blades, concealable blades such as daggers and wrist blades (which at least one is always on her), stun cords, suppressor pistols (she is usually equipped with one), sniper rifles equipped with night vision scope, slicing tools (always on her), personal cloaking device (While expensive and rare, her personal cloaking field was a payment from one of her early jobs and is highly prized by Veyna, perfectly fitting her moniker, "The Ghost of Rattatak," allowing her to maintain her reputation for stealth).

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS

Personality

• Fearsome and Disciplined: Veyna was conditioned from birth to be a disciplined, deadly warrior. She is a passionate and fierce combatant.
• Proud and Insular: Rattataki are a proud species (and Veyna is not an exception to this), but having evolved in isolation, she is generally distrustful of outsiders and can be quick to take a stance of superiority over other enslaved or "lesser" species

Beliefs

• Strength is the Only Law: The fundamental belief of the Rattataki society is that Strength is the ultimate virtue. The weak are weeded out or sacrificed so the strong may survive and thrive.
• Combat is Life: Fighting is ingrained into every aspect of Rattataki culture, serving as their primary form of entertainment, justice, and social advancement.
• Resourcefulness in Conflict: Due to the scarce resources on Rattatak, Rattataki are experts at maximizing gain while minimizing expenditure, making them masters of fighting with very little at their disposal.

HISTORY

Veyna was born into one of the constantly infighting tribes on Rattatak, where warfare was the norm. She grew up fighting for resources in the caves and mountains of the harsh Rattataki world. Her prowess was quickly noted, and like many others, she was entered into the gladiator pits—the planet's most popular and brutal form of entertainment.

Veyna's strength and tactical mindset allowed her to survive the Cauldron, the most notorious of the gladiator arenas. She fought for her survival, her triumphs driven by the deep cultural principal of strength above all else.

Her break came when she was noticed by an off-world Hutt, who was seeking to recruit the strongest fighters. She was abducted—or perhaps, in her own mind, she chose to leave the endless war of her home world for a more lucrative, if still violent, life.

Initially she served as an enslaved bodyguard for the Hutt on a distant Outer Rim world of Tatooine. However, her fierce independence and combat skill were too great to contain. She eventually killed her master and used his network to establish herself as an independent contractor. She specializes in surgical, high-value contracts, using her lethal combat training and a lifetime of survival tactics to become a feared assassin for hire in the galaxy, taking on jobs for anyone who can afford her exorbitant price.
