For almost ten years now, Cathul practiced therapy on Mandalore, she felt good about providing such a valuable service, and until a few months ago, she didn't even stop and question why she was doing it, dutifully earning money and providing therapy to PTSD-afflicted vode as the only reputable baat'ad on the planet. As for other baat'kayshe, she worked with physical and occupational therapists, and practitioners of both professions seem to support her on every move that will lead them to gain the recognition of the galactic healthcare community at large. Until she sends a letter to the Alor'e Council, without knowing whether they will respond in the first place.

Greetings, esteemed Alors, I am Dr. Cathul Thuku, of Clan Lok, one of the few baat'kayshe present on this planet. It has come to my attention that mental healthcare access has been neglected for years on Mandalore and that mental health has become a threat to Mandalore's public health, not the least of which is the lack of resources present on Mandalore to this end. Patient wait times can stretch beyond a year, and it can take as many as three months, if not longer, to get another therapy session once a patient undertakes therapy. I believe all the other baat'kayshe, however disreputable they are, will tell the Alor'e Council of the same problems. I am placing this request for additional mental health resources so that the residents of Mandalore will get the proper access to mental healthcare and, since Mandalore is open to all clans, any additional resource will be placed at the disposal of all clans. Also since it is inter-clan business as a result, the Alor'e Council is a channel through which inter-clan business can be discussed.
