PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Venen is a relatively tall, decently-built man with green eyes and short blonde hair. He is extremely clean-kept with no facial hair to speak of, often wearing darker clothing to blend in with his surroundings. His arms and legs are fairly muscular, speaking of someone who has trained himself to be something of a fighter.

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS
At first glance, it would seem that Venen is a very serious person - carrying a neutral, almost hardened expression everywhere he goes. But talking to him for any length will reveal that he is someone who observes and listens, only diving headfirst into a situation when he either feels he has a grip on the situation, or is following orders. He is a staunch believer in sticking together with like-minded people and order over chaos, as well as honor above all. Underhanded tactics are not his forte - he prefers frontline combat and putting his foot forward.
STRENGTHS
Tactical Prowess - Venen prides himself on his think-first, shoot-later mentality. Aside from orders forcing his hand, he would much prefer thinking his way through a situation before unloading bolts into what stands in his way. This is not always possible, of course, especially in the thick of combat where a life-or-death situation could send him and those with him into a split-second decision - but he will still have the knowledge of his surroundings and his current stance to utilize in the heat of the moment.
Neutrality and Calm Demeanor - Venen's calm demeanor and generally neutral way of speaking tends to keep him out of harm's way in a heated debate - and keeps him away from them to boot. Not one to let people sucker him into losing control of his emotions, Venen has learned to keep hold of himself to ensure he doesn't lose his grip on a potential tactical advantage in the battlefield that is being social.
WEAKNESSES
Lack of Friends, Lack of Friendship-Making - Venen's tactical mindset and 'neutral' mindset with conversing tends to have the side-effect of him being... not so great at the friend-making stuff. It's not that he's a bad friend to have, or that nobody wants to make friends with him - it's more that his head is always on the battlefield and how to improve himself, rather than improving his connections or, really, his knowledge through others.
Bad at Thinking on His Feet - It should come as no surprise that for someone with tactical thought processes, giving them as little time to think about such things as possible or changing up strategies will put them at something of a disadvantage. The more time he has to think about something, in any situation, the better off he is. But he is far less good at things changing up at a moment's notice. Simply put, he'd be really bad at a sport that relies on such momentary strategy shifts...
HISTORY
Raised by parents that only wanted him to become a scholar, Venen took to weapons training as early as his teen years - opting to focus on that more than other worldly endeavors. Spending more time bettering himself through training, both physical and mental, his more social side fell by the wayside in the pursuit of an ever-moving goalpost he sets for himself, never truly satisfied with his progress and expecting more and more out of himself. Now, having moved away from his home world, Venen finds himself a part of The Imperial Confederation, joining its Imperator Corps ranks as a Stormtrooper to begin climbing the ranks and finding a place for himself.
After joining the Corps, he was sent on many smaller missions to ascertain his viability for something more. And now, at last, it was time for him to be a part of a more noteworthy mission...
