DESCRIPTION

The Verd'goten-class Corvette is a re-engineered/modernized iteration of the famed Crusader-class Corvette. Favored by elite Mandalorian units, this vessel is often painted in clan colors or intimidation patterns, example being purple starboard and port side of the vessel being adorned with mythosaur sigils. Designed to dominate dogfights and escort heavier warships, its speed and precise gunfire make it ideal for wolfpack tactics and system raids. While not built for direct confrontation with star destroyers, it thrives in “high-speed” skirmishes, convoy ambushes, and fleet flanking operations. It’s standard systems components are able to be swapped out for other technology or more advanced technology.

The ship represents an evolution of the Crusader-class legacy. Designed by House Verd, Inc, this vessel is a nod to ancient tactics with modern teeth supplied by Mandal Hypernautics. Smaller and more versatile than its predecessor, the 130-meter frame allows for troop deployment, heavy weapons mounting, and internal modularity. Whether deployed as a skirmisher, command ship, or surgical strike tool, it remains true to Mandalorian ideals: toughness, adaptability, and raw power.
