+Lightsaber Dueling: As a Kaleesh, he is naturally inclined to becoming a warrior, and so has picked up on lightsaber combat with relative ease.
+Strong in the Force: He is quite strong in the force, and is able to learn new techniques fairly easily.
+Studious: He has a strong desire to learn as much of the Force as he can, and he will sit in the archives for hours, in order to learn more, of the force, as well as the jedi-- and sith-- history.
+/- Fearless: He has no fear of anything, which is handy as a warrior, when leading others into battle, and allows him to do thing others may not be able to do, as they are crippled by fear. On the downside, it also means he very often will bite off more than he can handle, which can put him in life-threatenng situations.
- Aggressive: As a jedi, his aggressive tendencies are typically frowned upon.
-Practically Skill-less: He tends to neglect many skills that are not force related, (Other than use of blasters, and other non-jedi weapons.)

He never takes his mask off in the presence of others, and usually not even when he is alone. And he pretty much always has a turban on, to cover the rest of his head.
Biography: Unlike many Jedi, Vasek wasn't discovered by the Jedi until he was older. He was taken in by the order when he was around 11 years old. Up to that point, not much happened in his life, as he had not yet become old enough to become a warrior for his tribe.
So he went to the Jedi Temple to undergo training, and was found to be a natural swordsman, as well as particularly strong in the force. However, his masters frowned upon his natural aggressiveness toward the other younglings. In spite of this, he was allowed to continue his training, and he continued to grow stronger, and wiser.
He was early expelled from the order after one incident with another youngling, when they got into a dispute over who was stronger in the force. They began to fight, and were throwing each other into walls, and other objects with the force, and they could easily have both died that day. They both deserved to be expelled from the order, but one of the Jedi Masters convinced the other members of the council not to be so harsh, so instead, Vasek was subjected to 80 hours of service cleaning the Jedi Temple, outside of his training. And so he continued his training, constantly becoming stronger, and more eager to learn the ways of the Jedi. He resolved to bone day become a Jedi Master.
