Corporation Name: Val Tek

Headquarters: Val'hala

Locations: Val'hala

Operations: Starships, vehicles, personal gear (weapons, armour, etc.)

Rationale: She been recruited by the emperor, to build up the sith empire armoury. He found her while she was taking shock boxing lessons, and realized who she was. After teaching her little about shock boxing, he offered her a chance to work for him. He wanted her to build a fleet for his new empire, she agreed to do it. Though he would have to provide the initial funds, and facilities to her spec.

Tier: Tier 2

Description: She has been given funds and resources by the new sith empire, to build up their armory. She had been given this task due to her expertise in this area, as she she had ran to former companies. These were Krayt Industries, which was the sith answer to Cardia, though after Zeltrous she abandoned them. Then she tried to set up on her own with Kotass industries, this was given to [member="Draco Vereen"] when she faked her own death. Whilst she no longer use her old names, as to avoid contact with her daughter to protect her from her. She has found her zeal again under the new emperor.

The company has been set up on Val'hala, so she can make use of extra security of the capital, as well as large manpower base. Also it is along hyperspace route, so it can get raw materials to it with ease. This accompanied by a buyer to begin with, means she will turn a profit as soon as the first things are made. Also Val'hala has history of heavy industry, and the local engineers and expertise to help build the weapons of war, for her new client requires.

The company headquarters is a self contained town, this way people who work there don't feel the need to leave the facilities to often. This keeps down the chance of potential leaks, and corporate espionage attempts. Though having everything in one place, does present other security risks. The building and the sub building themselves, are homes and leisure facilities as well as med bays, and drinking establishments. The place you live in depends on your corporate status, if you're a slave you get either a small dorm in your master quarters, to bunk racking in a hallway. Though this not something visitors see, as all they will see is plush offices with engineers drawing plans, and improving on them, and buyers bring in raw materials. They may also see a 5* hotel room, depending on there importance to the company.

Alright, lessee.

Company Locations and Operations
Start up companies normally have the following amount of Locations and Operations with little to no development. A FJ may request for a development thread beyond this standard based on reasonable complimentary locations and operations.
  • Tier 1: Up to 2 locations & Operations
  • Tier 2: Up to 3 locations & Operations
Do yourself a favour and bundle up your operations. For example: 'Operations: Starships, vehicles, personal gear (weapons, armour, etc.)' would be acceptable.

Your rationale is going to need quite a bit more content. Take a look at some approved submissions for ideas, or just use the first paragraph of your description as your rationale. In that case, beef up your description quite a bit too. One idea is to put up an image of your corporate HQ and describe what it's like there. What's it like for someone to walk into your company and do business?
