DESCRIPTION

The V-Stylus is a standard durasteel blade encased in a fully functional stylus shell allowing it to be carried inconspicuously. When the top part of the casing is removed, the blade becomes effectively unsheathed. The blade itself is unremarkable in appearance, though sharp enough to puncture flesh, clothing and certain reinforced fabrics/armor. Once the casing is removed, a small switch for vibro mode near the base of the blade become accessible. As this switch is activated and locked in place, the knife becomes a vibroknife, capable of causing much more damage than its stationary counterpart.

One big drawback to the V-Stylus is that it is very vulnerable to electrical attacks, in many cases conducting electricity and electrocuting the user as no part of the stylus is insulated properly. Even more dangerous, a moderate electrical attack can overload the V-Stylus power cell and cause an explosion violent enough for the user’s hand to be severely damaged.
