Updating the Pinned Guides

The pinned [Guides]: How to use the website and How to create a new character, are outdated. We need new ones. And, since I helped create the ones we have pinned now? ...I'm totally not going to do it again. Lol.

Feedback: Make new ones or just throw the old ones away. I don't know if anybody reads those things anyway.
