Designed by Sasori and Atrisia the facilities themselves are a marketing product. Placement of them is up to the world and up to the company which Ayumi agreed with. The Upcity of Denon being able to host a facility which draws in people, soldiers, professional, imaginary, weekend and more. The amounts of credits that are processed and brought in serve as another revenue stream for the District as it continues to push itself to be the highest profit on Denon. Ayumi has worked on many more aspects to try and attract the people from across Denon and the sector. Even reaching out with the members of the High Republic who were brought in by Dominique Vexx. THey could train soldiers there alongside the Denon forces that were from all of the different districts. The development and plans for it as the Upcity itself is expanded and upgraded... improvements to their inner district economy meant to eventually be beneficial to the rest of Denon as they share with surrounding districts and planet as a whole.
