Until the Stars are all Alight

Ultimatum had been to Bespin a few times before. Once to steal Cortosis, once to help clean up the nuclear fallout of one of his bombs, and then again to relax. Now he was here to think. The Awoken he had been supporting required vessels. They needed more than just the large ships that they had been working to collect. Such massive vessels tended to draw enemies and they normally had some weakness unforeseen.

He had taken it upon himself to try and design a ship that could be used as a basic patrol and security craft while being capable of standing toe to toe with other vessels. It would take work, but the droid could handle that. What he was looking for beyond that was inspiration. He wanted to make something unique, he wanted to find something. He did not know what, just something different.

He planned on making a search out further in the unknown regions, he was going to look for a derelict vessel or some sort of ship that he could take ideas from. Perhaps he could get help from one of the other members in this search. Bespin was relatively close to Mustafar so that he could bring whatever they found back to the planet and have it put through the shipyard there. He had the massive Acavus transport to pick up whatever he might find and transport it back.

Rose doesn't really socialize with people unless she is near a person she trust but she made an exception for this. The message details had said that this person wanted to build cruisers for the awoken and needed some type of help. If they hadn't said they awoken she would have declined them and would be on her way. But she knew they needed more ships then what they got so this lead her to bespin. She nor her soldiers have ever been there so this made then extra carefull when entering the planet.

Once they exited hyperspace the communications officer "To whom this is to. This is White Castle we have aboard Rose stark a member of the awoken and we require the location of the contact." The message ended. While one of her captains had came up. "All pilots have been briefed and await your command." Rose looking at the planet infront of them with a cold stare. "Tell them to warm their engines once we hit the atmosphere launch them."

As the captain rose made personnel within the storage rooms count the items again to make sure they hadn't missed count the first three times. She did this because she didn't want her stuff to go missing again. Now she continued to stare out the window waiting for a response.

Ultimatum caught the message and took it through his systems. Well, that was good news. Space was just too large to search alone for something as small a cruiser. He took a few moments to send a call back to Mustafar. The Sovereignty could help as well, another ship was always welcome. Now, where to search? He could not very well send a reply to this ally without an intended place to search. The Outer Rim was the obvious place, it had large areas of little to no exploration. It would be a matter of choosing a place to search. His internal processor brought up a galactic chart of the immediate area.

There. Faldos. Used to be an old smuggler's den. Perhaps there was something left around the planet there. Something unique. "White Castle, this is Ultimatum. The location is Faldos, within easy jumping distance. Is this acceptable?" The droid was perhaps a bit embarrassed that he was going to jump from where he was to another world and send his allies there as well. It would have been more professional and more proper to just go to the planet and then ask for assistance. Well, time to learn.

Hearing the transmission she chuckled to her self as she signaled for them to jump to the new coordinates. "[member="Ultimatum"] we are jumping to new location in two minutes." The officer said as the crew scattered to their positions for jump. Yes they could jump right away but they still were military and organization and procedures
were required and its what she was use too sense she could remember. As they prepared to jump she had some soldiers go through charts, maps, to see if their was anything they could find about abandoned or crashed ships near them. Yes she had stolen most of the info when she had met people but it was to better them. The team had great success finding part of ships that could still have valuable parts for them or something she could upgrade. She still had yet to see the other persons ship to know what they could hall.

Ultimatum arrived in the star system somewhat early, he had found that experimenting with hyperspace routes was a most enjoyable way of seeing just how much time could be cut off from the long travels. He disliked hyperspace, the galaxy's stars turned into nothing but streaks of light as you passed them by, unable to enjoy their inherent beauty and power. It was such a lazy form of travel, yet entirely necessary for what he needed to accomplish. He often envisioned himself enjoying the old form of travel, with colony ships and inter-system travel.

The planet he had come to was most interesting, in that it lacked almost any history. It had little more than a footnote in some galactic event or other. When searched he had come up with nothing more than a simple explanation that it had been a smuggler's den and a lawless planet that sat in this location. That made it a potentially useful place to begin searching, the Acavus cruiser was already beginning to scan for unknown or unidentifiable ships. It would take time to find anything, and it would probably become much more likely once his help arrived, space was so massive. That was what Ultimatum liked about it, no matter what he did the stars would spin on. Unless of course...

Once they had started to make their way to the new location the the archive troops and reported that there was little to no information about the planet or the area around it which made her day even better but she had to deal with it. She then sent them to contact those who lived on the planet to learn about anything they could offer about abandoned or wrecked ships or fleets if they got lucky. Once they left the ship exited hyperspace and landed near the cruiser that they were going to help. Rose started out the window before pressing a button and saying. "So we are here i've got a full hanger of pilot awaiting so where shall we start?" Again the lights went out then red ones had turned on informing everybody to be where they were suppose to be while they awaited for a response.

Ultimatum was encouraged when he received the message. Well, at least the others had arrived, now the ability to search the area was greatly increased. They should be able to find something, something different. After all, creation needed inspiration. One could not make without having an idea of what they were making, if they did then there would be no purpose to work. A ship could be built with ease, but deciding on its appearance, especially for a vessel for the people he was building for.

The region of space around the planet was easy enough to divide into quadrants. He built up a basic flight plan for fighters to search through different quadrants, to cover the maximum area within a limited amount of time. He gave the group only a few hours to find at least something. He replied to communication and sent the potential flight paths, "Good to see you. Here is a basic idea. Make adjustments as you see fit. We are looking for a ship that it unidentifiable. Something alien. Sound alright?"
