Unable to Post/Database error?

I'm not quite sure what's happening, but I'll do my best to explain;

For the past hour or so I've been attempting to reply to a thread with this character, but I keep getting database errors before it goes through. I've tried on Chrome, IE, and on a separate device so I'm forced to conclude that this is a Forum issue and not me. Here's a link to the thread in case it's relevant.

I've enclosed a partial picture of the error I'm getting, but I can get a full screenshot if needed.
