Unable to join a faction

Cross invited me to his faction. I try to go to the link below, but it says I have no permission to view and he can't figure out why and requested I report it.

It's been fixed. Cross, you didn't properly alter your faction's viewing permissions and had blocked it off to everyone. If you don't know what you're doing when you make a faction, please leave everything at default.

Thanks, Tef... I actually fixed the other viewing permissions, but didn't know how to do that one. Glad you could fix my mistake this time.
