DESCRIPTION
The lightsaber has had many names over the years, most recently the UM'Gada, but is renamed and remade every time a new clan takes over the Dandu tribe. It's a tradition that ties back into ancient Zanji beliefs, getting rid of the weak and making new for the strong. Each time the lightsaber is disassembled the new owner must add something of value to it. Usually this takes form in carvings on the hilt but over time many useful things were added on.

Not much is known about the true origins of the lightsaber, only that it was a gift from the Pale Witches for a successful hunt. This was a time before Dandu recorded their history but with this blade they carved their futures. It was the centerpiece to many different battlefields across the Zanji savanna as Ka'el Dandu, leader of his clan, led a crusade across the lands to unite the tribes. As any will tell you, he was successful and he attributed most of his wins to the great weapon. From there it was launched into the realm of myth, many believing it to be a gift from the gods of the hunt or death. Either way, it was immortalized as a sign of the true Dandu high-chieftains.

I love when people get creative with their lightsabers, and you've found a wonderful image for yours here. There are just afew things I want to clarify with you before we move forward.

Manufacturer

  • Manufacturer: Dathomir Witches, Zengi Tribesmen

We require a link to a manufacturer (an individual, a faction or company) in this field. While I understand that you want to make an ancient artifact, but it still needs a manufacturer, in this case, I suggest saying that it had been restored by your character when he received it.

Weight

  • Weight: Medium

Medium isn't actually an option on the template, do you mean average? If so could you please adjust the wording of your submission. However, later in the submission you say the following.

  • Due to the added features, this lightsaber is noticeably heavier than regular ones.

This would make me believe that the weight should be at least heavy.

Pommel

  • Pommel is strong and durable enough to punch through the toughest metals

Does this mean the pommel is able to punch through materials like Phrik and Beskar?

Hey, thanks for responding!

1. Fixed I think.

2. Changed to heavy

3. I was hoping so because I figured it would be pretty tough to break phrik anyway since there's nothing aiding it to do so.

You've cleared up points 1 and 2 perfectly thank you.

Regarding point 3, alchemy generally brings a material to the level of Phrik or Beskar, which isn't quite enough to break it. It is possible to be done through the use of the force I'm sure, but that is a very powerful ability given the apparent indestructibility of those metals.

If you want, I'll approve the submission as it is, but I would suggest thinking about this weakness again since it is extremely powerful and doesn't appear to have any counterbalancing weaknesses so might lead to the submission being reported.
