Production: The ability is unique to Ultimatum, he can use it many times over to affect many droids.

Description: This is the basic AI that Ultimatum places into droids that he takes over. This AI will, for the most part, immediately wipe out most droid's previous programming. The exceptions are, when Ultimatum is using a Hidden Zealot, where the program acts as a sleeper cell to be awoken later, or when the droid he is trying to take over is secured against such attempts to override programming. Once the droid is taken over, it can be affected via HoloNet as that is where a copy of Ultimatum's AI is held.
The program is a lesser copy of Ultimatum's own AI. The copy is based upon whatever state Ultimatum is at that moment, it has his goals, intentions, and attitude. The AI is not as intelligent as Ultimatum, is not capable of directly manipulating the HoloNet, and is not capable of self changes within its programs. It is subservient to Ultimatum and will obey commands, though there is only ever one command that can be given. The single command is a HoloNet wide, therefore affecting all controlled droids, the command is more similar to a large update where all droid's goals, attitudes, and most other features, within the droid's AI, are changed to parallel Ultimatum's.
The droids that are under control could be called lesser Ultimatums, as they are very similar to their originator, with speech patter's and major program components resembling Ultimatum's. All these droids are subservient to the 'commander' Ultimatum, who is the only one that can accomplish this take over procedure. In the event of the commander's destruction, the commander's AI and all of its programs are sent into the HoloNet, updating the previous Ultimatum AI that is hidden within the HoloNet. That updated AI then randomly chooses one of the controlled droids and uploads the whole Ultimatum AI into that one droid, basically promoting it to commander Ultimatum.
