Stybla'rei'naodo was one of the founding members of the Universal Analysis Group's modern incarnation, and this, along with her service to the CEDF and Stybla Family, earned her a influential position as a Section Chief serving directly under the General Directorate. In this capacity, she spearheaded the creation of GEIST, an elite intelligence and direct action unit tasked with ensuring the security of the Chiss Ascendancy. Operating under layers of secrecy, GEIST, became the silent protector of the Ascendancy, identifying and neutralizing threats before they could materialize. GEIST's operations, marked by precision and adaptability, are the unseen threads preserving the fabric of the Chiss realms. Although GEIST's valor remains a shadowy whisper within the UAG and the Chiss Ascendancy, their clandestine deeds are the unseen pillars supporting the stability and prosperity of their civilization.

- Description: GEIST is a shadow organization, a spectral guardian devoted to defending the Chiss Ascendancy from threats both within and beyond its borders. Operating under layers of secrecy and deniability, GEIST executes high-risk, clandestine missions to ensure the stability and security of the Ascendancy. GEIST reports directly to the General Director, and is given special authority to carry out whatever extraordinary means are required to defend the Chiss.

- Goals: Defend the people of the Chiss Ascendancy by any means necessary
- Reputation: GEIST is an unseen protector, an organization operating only in the shadows, always maintaining deniability and always covering their tracks as best they can. They're known only to those within the UAG who absolutely need to know, and among those who do know about them, they are nearly as terrifying as the Inspector General's officers, though for entirely different reasons. The Inspectors are the UAG's oversight - but GEIST's only Oversight is the General Director

- Support and Logistics Staff: Shuttle Pilots, Doctors, nurses, Medics, Quartermasters and their assistants, ships crewmen, mechanics, engineers, communication officers, and all the other staff required to provide support to GEIST Operatives on the ground.
- Combat Support Staff: Security Personnel, QRF Operatives, and other armed support personnel providing necessary combat support and securing the Oracle Shroud.
- Intelligence Officers: A staff of Intelligence officers collecting and compiling intelligence reports, as well as providing both briefing and debriefing to GEIST's high-level operatives
- Ghost Squadron: Squadron of 4 N22-1s Stealth Clawcraft Pilots providing air support and cover for extractions
- SPECTERs: The unit of Black Operators who serve as Lareina's Scalpel. Never numbering more than 10,
