STORY
Tyyni the Hutt was born on Nar Hekka to a wealthy Cartel gangster. The father was the biggest, baddest Hutt around, with a love for all things shiny and valuable. Being a Hutt, the Father kept his son in a pouch, like a marsupial, until he was fifty, which was when young Hutts had the mental capacity of a ten-year-old. Before Tyyni's 24th birthday, however, an old wandering Jedi had come to defeat the Gangster, because the Hutt had been extorting the entire populace of the planet for years. There was a fight, and the large Hutt ended up dead, with the young Tyyni the Hutt ending up in the care of the old Jedi.
The man sensed the Force in the Huttlet, and brought Tyyni with him on his journeys, to be trained in the ways of the Jedi, eventaully being inducted into the Order of the Silver Jedi. Since he was a Hutt, however, he aged slowly. So slowly, in fact, that the old Jedi died before the Hutt was ready to begin his Padawan training. Becoming quite depressed, Tyyni adopted the deceased Jedi's name, Oluja, to be his last name, and swore to learn all there was to know about being a Jedi, even if it meant denying his Hutt-like urges every once in a while.
APPEARANCE
Tyyni is obviously not your regular Jedi. His skin is lumpy and slimy, with a few warts here and there. He has a tan underbelly and green top. His verdant green cat-like eyes are usually hidden under his hood, and around his belt is his lightsaber. In more formal settings, he will appear in much more of a Hutt fashion; That is, no robe, and in a hoverchair.
STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES
+Stunning Intellect: Due to 40+ years of study, Tyyni is extremely well-versed in various cultures, languages, and information.
+Force Specialization (Surge): This Hutt can really move! From a young age, Tyyni has been talented in enhancing his natural abilities with the Force.
+Slippery Fighter: Due to having to compensate for being a Hutt, his combat style is unorthodox, surprising, and frankly fun to watch. Whether he's whipping an opponent with his tail, rocketing into them with a Force Dash, or deflecting blasters as he floats above the ground, this Hutt is full of surprises.
=Tiny: Believe it or not, Tyyni is small. Being a Huttlet, he is a rather small target, and due to his training in Soresu, he is adept at dodging blaster fire. As a downside, unless he's expending energy to keep up his Force Surge, he's pretty naturally frail.
=Scared of Himself: Tyyni is very introspective and critical of himself. While this may help keep his Hutt-side in check, it isn't very healthy for his self-esteem.
-Hutt Genetics: Tyyni isn't exactly normal Jedi material. He has to concentrate on the Force tirelessly to be any good in combat, and is often shunned by other Jedi for his race.
-Dark-Chocolate Center: Because of his Hutt tendencies, Tyyni is particularly susceptible to falling into the natural tendencies of his race. This also means he will always be tempted by the Dark Side more intensely than the average Jedi.
PERSONALITY
Tyyni is full of contradictions and opposites. Due to his Jedi upbringing, he cares for and helps those less fortunate than him, but views them as inferior, due to his genetics. He has plenty of respect for his elders, but none for those he deems lesser than him. He does not like violence, but enjoys a good adrenaline rush every now and again. Padawan Oluja overall wants to learn how to supress his Hutt side with Jedi training, and this is his constant struggle.
