STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
Liberty or Death: Lockhart is devoutly devoted to the liberation of his home. As such, he will do whatever it takes, even if it takes his life. This dedication causes him to push himself further than your average individual.
Smoke and Mirrors: He has spent many years working as a member of the resistance on Galidraan. As such, he has become an expert on asymmetric warfare.
Man of Many Hats: Having to have to take on various roles within the resistance, Lockhart has acquired a varied set of useful skills in battle.
Protective Leader: As the leader of a large militia force, Lockhart will not tolerate disrespect from military personnel. Sometimes this gets him in hot water.
The Time is Now: He is always itching for a fight, which can lead to him putting himself in dangerous situations more than others.
APPEARANCE:
Tyrell is tall, carrying himself with a cold confidence. He is often seen wearing plain workman’s clothes underneath his brown jacket. He is often seen with a cigar in his mouth. His presence can be intimidating at times, depending on the situation.
PERSONALITY:
Tyrell’s rugged nature can tend to be off-putting to those who don’t know him. Those who do, however, would say that he is loyal, honest, and intelligent. His enemies would say that he is clever, resourceful, and ruthless. In truth, he would say that he’s just a normal man fighting for his home. He is known for his unwavering patriotism and dedication. He is also known for his distaste for the bulk of Galidraani nobility, considering those that don’t fight for their country to be cowards.

Where there is power, there is resistance…
What can be said of Tyrell, other than the truth? The man was born from humble beginnings. He had no intention of picking up a blaster. Sometimes things just don’t pan out the way that we plan. As the Sith regime changed, tightening its grip over the people of Galidraan, Tyrell began feeling uneasy. He would find himself in shady bars and back alleys, spreading ideas of rebellion against the Sith. This eventually put a target on his back, but it was too late. By this time, word had spread of the brave souls fighting within the ranks of the NIO in an effort to liberate the planet, causing a surge of support from the common people. Tyrell began militarizing the forces he could, and began carrying out missions against the Sith and their supporters on the planet.
Eventually, the movement spread to such an extent, that they were at risk of feeling the full retribution of the Sith. In order to maintain secrecy for the resistance, Tyrell left a trusted friend in charge, taking the bulk of their forces to join their comrades in the NIO. He leads a battalion of militia fighters now known as the 1st Dunwall Irregulars (also known as the Devils of Dunwall). He has become a very outspoken voice within Willan Tal’s political party, and fights battles across the galaxy in the name of a free Galidraani state.
