Neuro-Saav Corporation is a company focused on a variety on products, through BioTech Industries Neuro-Saav is a big player in the cybernetics, implants and stimulant market, and through Neuro-Saav Technologies they create a plethora of parts for everything; ranging from sensor arrays in space stations to targeting systems in droids.

Rationale
Once in a while a man decides to change things up a little, decide that the current market and environment he is in just… ain’t enough for him. This happened to Jared Ovmar, after Sasha Santhe returned back to active duty at Santhe Corporation he decided it was time to look for a second, more… varied occupation for his time, this became the acquisition of Neuro-Saav Corporation. With his current positions in the Galaxy money was not much of a problem, adding to that was his experience in the regions of mentalism. Adding one to the other meant that he could buy up the shares of the company for a bargain price and make it legitimate at the same time.
Of course the acquisition of the company was not done through his real name, or even his face. Instead the stocks were purchased through a variety of trust funds, which are controlled by a variety of Ovmar’s minions.
This means that only a select few are privy to his actual control over Neuro-Saav, restricted to the very top of the Tion Hegemony and perhaps a few trusted acquaintances.
Of course the acquisition of the company was not done through his real name, or even his face. Instead the stocks were purchased through a variety of trust funds, which are controlled by a variety of Ovmar’s minions.
This means that only a select few are privy to his actual control over Neuro-Saav, restricted to the very top of the Tion Hegemony and perhaps a few trusted acquaintances.
Description
History
Truly the history of Neuro-Saav Corporation is mostly clouded in obscurity, which is surprising considering the sheer largeness of the company and the role it plays in the Galactic Society. A few things are off note in the history before the Gulag Plague swept through the Galaxy though, one of them was a partnership with Tagge Company. Together they created the company BioTech Industries which focused itself with creating experimental cybernetic technologies and biochemicals.
This partnership allowed Neuro-Saav to cultivate a good relationship with the officials of the Galactic Empire, giving the corporation a lot of freedom in the pursuit of technological advancement in a variety of fields.
With the fall of the New Order and Palpatine’s Empire things quickly changed for Tagge though. Its assets were seized throughout the Galaxy and their leaders imprisoned and/or executed, luckily Neuro-Saav was able to escape close scrutiny and continued to research questionable and non-questionable applications of cutting-edge tech throughout the reign of the New Republic.
During this time they were able to retain BioTech Industries and taking advantage of Tagge’s downfall, petitioned the acquisition of some other assets that were lost to Tagge. Mainly a close-working relationship with Gowix Computers, which allowed them to break through in the world of software and hardware appliances.

Acquisition
Already partially detailed in the Rationale Section, the acquisition of Neuro-Saav Corporation has been handled roughly the same as the acquisition of Raven Industrial. The key difference is the sheer size of the endeavour, whereas Raven Industrial was only a small, small fish in a proverbial big sea of corporations, Neuro-Saav Corporation is a whale in the Galaxial Sea.
Using his conglomerate of trust funds and connections throughout the Galaxy, Ovmar managed to track down several major stockholders of the Corporation. Which was closely followed by discreet meetings in disguise with them, every meeting ended the same. The stockholders were very, very happy to accept a modest compensation to give up their options in the Corporation.
Appointing one of his henchmen without close links to him, Ovmar made sure that there were no obvious connections to himself and Neuro-Saav. This would ensure a couple of things, first of all Neuro-Saav would be able to deal with every government of the Galaxy without having to dance around the reputation Ovmar has acquired for himself over the years. Second of all, if Ovmar manages to piss someone off hard enough, Neuro-Saav would not be an obvious target, because… well… nothing links him to it.
As the High Councilor of the Fringe Confederation he doesn't have the time on his hands to run the daily works of thecompany, so he leaves that to one of his minions. Which is strange, because when he was the CEO of Santhe Corporation he did have time for it, Ovmar resigned his position at Santhe, which ain't the same as cutting ties. Still heavily affiliated with Santhe Corporation, he helps Sasha out whenever necessary.

As already stated in other entries Neuro-Saav Corporation is a company who specializes in the creation of experimental cybernetics, parts in other products et cetera. Neuro-Saav owns several production plants around the Galaxy, mainly the ones on Hypori, Ord Mantell and 244Core. The plants on Hypori are hired by the company from Santhe Corporation, the ones on Ord Mantell and 244Core are primarily owned by Neuro-Saav itself.
This triangle of production plants across the Galaxy allows the Corporation to produces products in almost every situation it gets itself in. Even if an embargo is emplaced, factories are destroyed or anything else that falls in such a category, it should always retain a single location from where they can produce their products.
