The blaster is weak and is capable of being set to cause a mild stinging sensation upon impact on it's user to leave a light burn upon impact. It is equipped with a repulsorlift engine inside it to allow it to float around in the air, as well on key positions around it are maneuvering thrusters positioned to allow for sharp turns, elevations or descents to make it's possible firing position as random and as hard to determine as possible.
It's programming is set to the very same as jedi remote droids were set to in ages passed.
