PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS
Tydos Kaldan is a poster child of Jedi belief and theology. He is uptight, reserved, and without emotional outburst. One can always expect a certain stoicism from the man. Yet, a kindness exists that is not often gleaned from an otherwise cold figure.
STRENGTHS
Melee Combat - Tydos Kaldan is quite skilled with a Saber, and while he is not as attuned as he is to the force, he is a respectable wielder of Jedi Weaponry.
Force-Savant - A product of his rather ascetic personality, Tydos Kaldan attained an early understanding of the force and how it can be wielded. While his curiosity for knowledge often runs him against established dogmas, he displays a calm and prodigious understanding of what he is taught.
WEAKNESSES
Street-Dumb - Tydos lacks any sort of subtlety, growing up in comfort and shelter rather than anything resembling hardship. As such, he is not privy or adept at handling circumstances like the criminal Underworld, or street disputes, often applying abstract demeanor and candorous problem solving where a different skillset may be needed.
Force Crutch - Tydos is a respectable combatant, but will often find himself in tough situations where the force is not a reliable ally. He does not possess the physical brawn that other warriors might, often relying on agility over raw strength.
HISTORY
Tydor Kaldan was born on Corellia to a rich family living in the outer districts of Coronet. His early education prepared him for life as a bureaucrat, before his force sensitivity was discovered. Tydor grew up with very few friends to call his own, sheltered by his family at an early age to educate him in the way they preferred. His earliest friendship can be recalled as the tutor he spent most of his early life with.
Still, his force sensitivity garnered unwanted attention, at least unwanted by his family. Tydor was initiated into the New Jedi Order as a youngling, a particularly curious student with a penchant for learning. It was, in fact, the only skill of value he had picked up while living with his family.
Now a padawan, Tydos Kaldan pursues life in the Jedi Temple with ambitions to ascend to knighthood.
