Intent: To provide HK with an upgrade, exchanging his vibroswords for two Sith Alchemic Swords, and also a trophy from his and Siobhan's battle with the Machine Cult of Bando Gora
Development Thread: Misadventures of Iron Knight and the Ever-Colonel Kerrigan: Bando-Gora Bonanza! (HK disarms another HK droid wielding two Sith Swords, a champion of the Bando-Gora cult, in post number 13 and uses them as weapons for the duration of the thread)
Manufacturer: Bando Gora Machine Cult
Model: Twin Alchemicaly Modified Swords
Affiliation: Bando-Gora, HK-36
Modularity: Weapon's molecular structure and magnetic polarity could be altered when in hands of a skilled dark-side user.
Production: A unique pair of swords
Material: Durasteel subjected to alchemic and sorcerous treatments by the priests of Bando-Gora Machine Cult.
Description: This pair of swords was forged in the bowls of Gehenna, a hellish planet the Bando-Gora claimed as their home. The blades were forged out of dark twisted metals the Bando-Gora of the Machine Cult, under supervision of Machine Priests and the Mechanical Dragon Mag'ladroth, and given to the champion of the Machine Cult, an HK droid, a vagabond from the forgotten planet of Mechanus, whose mind was since then bent on subjugation and destruction of organic life.

After their creation the blades were altered by the magic of Machine Cult priests, increasing their physical resistance, so that the swords would not be broken, and granting them resistance to blasters, lightsabers, and lasers through reflective surface and manipulation of the blades' magnetic polarity to make them act as if they were magnetically sealed. The wielders of the swords have best shot at breaking through armor through piercing damage, by thrusting the blades with enough force, however, that strongly depends on the metal they are trying to pierce through.

Due to the nature of the wielder these blades were designed for, a droid, their molecular and magnetic structure has been locked into position in which the blade acts as if magnetically-sealed and with boosted sharpness and durability. Wards have been also placed by the Bando Gora over the blade to make it more difficult for the blade to be manipulated once more, however, that would be possible should the swords fell into hands of an experienced alchemist dark-sider.

Before HK-36 took the blades from his dark-side counterpart, a vile spirit summoned by Bando Gora used to enhance the blade by imbuing it with violet, the most evil of all colors, flames born of Dark Side. Ever since the spirit was vanquished and blades were taken off of Gehenna, faint aura of the dark side still lingered along the blades, although not as strong as it was on Gehenna, and faint violet hue remains along the hot surface of alchemic blades, faded traces of the evil magic the spirit once used on the blades.

Classification: Twin swords
Size: Each one-handed
Length: 1.1 meters (Shorter than regular Sith sword by .3 meters)
Weight: 3 kg each (Taken from article in Wookieepedia on Sith Swords here)
Other Features: Standard properties of Sith Swords, resistance to lightsabers, blaster bolts and other energy weapons, ability to reflect laser beams. Ability to attract and absorb Force Lightning, storing it in the blade until next contact with substantially physical object. Unlike other Sith Swords, these two blades have a faint aura of the darkside, a slightly violet hue around their blades, and the surface of the swords feels hot to touch at all times.

While the blades are sharp enough to go through durasteel and softer metals as well as a lightsaber, any metals with better resistance to physical damage, such as beskar, phrik, or bronzium are much more resistant to slashes from the blades.
There is no canon to support bronzium being more durable than durasteel, or to support durasteel being soft or weak in any sense, and shearing through durasteel due to sharpness is not appropriate for an alchemical weapon. That's a property peculiar to Force-imbued blades, which these are not, despite the purple aura.

I'm not sure where you're going with this; Sith swords, once forged, are never tinkered with, and there would be no reason to alter a fully functional magnetic-seal equivalent. You won't get a better Sith sword than this without masterwork, and altering existing blades generally isn't done; most Sith enchantments, if not all, are performed at the time of forging.

What benefit do you hope to get from this?

Otherwise, this looks straightforward.

I changed the description about armors into "The wielders of the swords have best shot at breaking through armor through piercing damage, by thrusting the blades with enough force, however, that strongly depends on the metal they are trying to pierce through." That should solve the issue.

My reasoning in the second point was that alchemic Sith rituals can go both ways. Should HK ever get into a fight with an experienced Sith Alchemist they would be able to degrade the swords, making them less efficient in a fight, through physical contact.

And the third point is not a benefit, it is a mix of weakness and flavor fluff, an experienced Force user should be, in theory, able to detect presence of HK, or anybody else who wields them, through the faint dark-side aura, this can be a burden when HK tries to hide or conduct a surprise attack, but since Sith swords can be powerful weapons, and non-force users do not get a hold of them often, I put the aura in as a draw-back to even things out. And the hue and hot surface part is just there to set them apart from other swords, it does not provide any additional benefits.

Good answers, but the categorization of bronzium and durasteel is a factual inaccuracy I need you to remove before I can stamp this.

Oh, I thought I edited that part out with my first edit, I think I must have clicked on "Cancel" rather than "Save Changes" :p I apologizes, I'm getting ready to set off to work right now so bit distracted.

It's gone now
