Description: The Tribune Model Bolter works by firing .50 caliber impact reactive explosive rounds that are designed to penetrate armor and then explode inside the targets body destroying their bodies from the inside. The impact sensors are designed to either explode shortly after contact with flesh, or after a set time after impacting, which mode it is in is controlled via a switch on the side of the gun near the saftey. The switch changes the mode on a solid state electrical relay within the bullet, which changes which circuit the sensor is using. This is not a suppression weapon, it requires precision to use properly, and spray and pray is not an applicable tactic. This weapon can be used by your average man, but the recoil is somewhat strong.

The links for these seem to be broken.

So if I understand this correctly, each bullet for this has both a sensor and a communication's device?

The gun has an extremely low rate of fire, with a normal assault rifle having a rate of fire of about 600-900 RPM with this gun having a meager 400 RPM

When it comes to small handheld weapons, in many cases, cyclic rate is irrelevant simply because even 400 rounds per minute would be pretty hard to control, especially with most 0.50 caliber cartridges.

As a suggestion, I would make this semi-automatic. This reflects that the weapon isn't intended to be suppressive means. This also would go with the weapon's heavy recoil.

I did a bit of research, and all the switch does is change the mode on a solid state relay to change which circuit it uses. It requires no communications device.
