Training a new Generation (Jacen)

Yutan, New Temple Grounds

It had been some time since Jack had landed here. After the wars, after all of Kashyyk and the battle with Ra he was here. Walking among the new Temple that had been constructed, soley on the efforts of the Jedi without use of machine nor outside sources.

It was approaching dusk as he walked, pacing the garden just inside the third wall. Vines were already growing like spider webs across drab gray stones, and the flash of fire left the sky with hues of red and purple. A slight breeze wafted over those walls, kissing the sweat on his forehead.

He was clad in his spacers trousers, a black jacket and his dirty black boots. Today he'd chosen to forego the gunbelt with the Besk'ad and leave his armor in his quarters aboard The Rogue.

Today was a meet and greet for a prospective student. A young man from the Silver Sanctum, who was looking to expand his skill set beyond just the basics. If skillsets needed expanding, Jack dare-say reckoned he was the one to do it. Not fully a Jedi but not fully a Witch, he had a lot to offer.

So there he stood, pacing with his thumbs deep in his belt.

Thinking.

Yutan, Jacen's home world, he had been trained under the Republic Jedi Order here. Sadly, once he came of age he found the main Order had fallen apart and scattered. Thus, he was forced to go to the Silvers where the Grandmaster himself had become Jacen's Master. A less centered Padawan would find this as a moment to be prideful, Jacen saw it as a way to effectively learn how to save and protect people.

That was why he was here, his home for the past 14 years and meeting someone he was unsure about. The man spoke of being a Jedi, but Jacen had heard he was nothe fully a Jedi, but the Order trusted the man so Jacen would respect their wishes and learn from him.

He stood on the steps in parade rest as he patiently waited while practicing a standing meditation. His mind was with the Force and the world around him was one with him in the Force. Jacen could easily understand why Sith could see and feel this and crave the massive power of the Force. The Force was a power of great destruction and great salvation, the ability to save or destroy. It was for this reason Jacen took the Jedi code so seriously, to sway from the Code was to risk using the Force to hurt and destroy.

A young Padawan with ano age of understanding.
