BIOGRAPHY:
Toch had a decent life; he was taken in by the Silver Jedi who had discovered Toch's connection to the Force. Before the life of a Jedi, Toch was a child who had been loved by his parents much like others. He had an aptitude of information regarding droids as his father was a mechanic who used his home for his business, Toch was exposed to them.
