Tobi is a simple man with little to leave to interpretation. He's polite and direct, with a no-nonsense attitude or tolerance for those who do not return the favor. If you set him off, he'll hold a grudge and likely gun for you, but other than that he's a relatively tame individual. He is lively in conversation and energy to match and there are few things that puts his mood down or out, but if he ever is - run.

OOC Terms and Conditions to Being Hunted by Tobi Sharpe

Given the nature and unseriousness of the character since his performance is exclusively dictated by dice rolls, these will be laid out plainly (Mostly to remind myself how my own mechanics work) for those that are being hunted by yours truly.

NATURALS 1/20 (1d20)

• A natural 1 at any point rolled by Tobi within a thread, constitutes failure of the hunt. This will ultimately dictate how the thread will end, regardless of how well he may perform throughout a hunt/how long the hunt may stretch out for. This is only overruled if he rolls a natural 20 before the conclusion of the thread in which case both results will cancel each other out and the outcome is dictated by the performance of his other rolls (Or if the target consents to being captured/subdued/etc). ​
• This is always applicable to Tobi regardless of situation, but does not apply to the target.​

• Inversely, a natural 20 rolled at any point throughout the thread will result in the final outcome of the thread being a successful completion. A bounty target may contest this outcome by rolling a 20 of their own before the end of the thread, and is not subject to failure or any consequences if they roll a natural 1 (Unless they too would like to roll with it). ​
• HOWEVER, if the target does attempt to roll, they consent to the outcome of the thread if they fail to counteract Tobi's 20. ​
• This is only applicable to the thread if the bounty target enthusiastically consents to these terms laid out prior and/or forfeits their consent by attempting to counter roll.​

ACE IN THE HOLE (1d20)

• An Ace in the Hole is a token that can be used to replace a failed attempted action (Excluding a NAT1), and Tobi can gain up to 3 total throughout the course of a thread.
• A NAT20 can either give him 3 Ace in the Hole counters or be used to negate the effects of a NAT1, but not both.
• An Ace in the Hole token can be gained by rolling an 18.
