APPEARANCE:
Tiy's a very handsome man, and his most prominent feature is obviously his Forehead. He sometimes wears Vision enhancing Glasses that can supply strategies in battle.
BIOGRAPHY:
Tiy was left on Correlia at the age of 1, when his parents left him for dead in a raid by bounty hunters. After that he met up with a smuggler named Siqar. He knew little about this man, but he trusted him with his life. After Siqar legally adopted him, he raised him as his own with his wife Kahlda. They led a dangerous life, smuggling expensive goods for Hutts, Crime Lords, and basically anyone.
When he was Five, Tiy was "volunteered" into the Stormtrooper Program. Longing to be a captain, he quickly rose through the ranks. He became a captain at only 20. Other Admirals and people of higher rank look down upon him for his age and seeming inexperience.
He's been in charge of the Skaldaak fleet for two years, getting to know it's captains personally. He is highly decorated with many medals.
