DETAILED SPECIAL FEATURES
Lightening Strikes: With the blade being Sith alchemized, it possess a sheen of electricity coursing down the blade. When it makes contact with an object, it releases a small dose of Force Lightening.
Lightsaber Resilient: The blade is constructed of songsteel, allowing for it defend and repel lightsaber strikes.
Limited Blaster Deflection: Unlike most Sith sword types, this blade is limited in deflecting blaster shots.
Force Signature: The hilt of the blade, also alchemized, holds the Force signature of Count Marlow Venjuta. When the hilt is touched by another, the Taint effect kicks in.
Taint: Unlike the Force ability itself, where it can cause Force users to fall to the Dark Side, Light Side followers feeling great pain, and no alignment to other feeling a stun effect; it does something different. Regardless of whom puts their hands on the hilt , it will cause them to become dizzy, minor bouts of pain, and extremely nauseas to the point of expelling the contents from their stomachs. In those who are Force sensitive, it adds the effect of a minor disruption in their Force connection. These effects will occur everytime the hilt is touched, regardless of it being previously touched by the individual; making the weapon's use for only Count Marlow Venjuta.
Strengths:
Lightsaber Nemesis: It can withstand blows and strikes from lightsabers.
Personal Use: Can only be wielded by Count Marlow Venjuta.
Light Show: When it touches any object, it expels energy of Force Lightening across the object.
Extremely Sharp Blade: The blade is extremely sharp, allowing for it to cut through most metals and alloys.
Tainted Love: The spell adds a painful reminder of what doesn't belong to you, doesn't belong to you. It will 'curse' those with pain for touching another's toy; to the point of vomiting and spasms, with a slight dose of confusion and disorientation.
Weaknesses:
Limited Blaster Deflection: It can easily repel a few shots, but a concentration of fire will disrupt it's ability to protect the wielder from energy based weapons. Also, it cannot repel weapons such as slugthrowers.
Lightening Doesn't Strike Twice: Despite the lightening effect, lightsabers and objects designed to protect such an element can erase or absorb this effect. However, when it comes in touch with flesh it will release enough Force Lightening to cause severe pain and burns; and in some instances render the opposition's muscles to spasm uncontrollably leaving them nearly vulnerable.
Light Side Rival: Like all objects created through Sith Alchemy, it can be damaged or even destroyed by Light Side attacks.
DESCRIPTION
Using his contacts and financial means, he was able to procure enough songsteel to create the blade for his weapon, while using vardium steel for the hilt and adding durite to it to give it black look as well as the sword's scabbard. The vardium steel, naturally cold to the touch, has no effect on him; since he is naturally cold due to his species. With the materials in his possession, he hired a craftsman to construct the sword; paying the man handsomely for his work.
With the sword completed, he took it Dathomir to conduct a ritual allowing him to alchemize the blade and hilt after studying extensively how to use Force Lightening and Taint from his sister, Junoi Venjuta. Drawing the symbol of the Venjuta in the dirt, he placed thirteen wood incense holders around the symbol; each holder containing a Korribanian incense stick.
Sitting in the circle with the incense smoke around him, he placed his hands on the blade calling the Dark Side energy to him; mixing it with his ability of alchemy. Slowly and carefully he began to pour the Force ability into the blade whilst simultaneously adding in the Dark Side energy. After two hours, the silvery blade began to radiate with lightening. Next he took the hilt in his hand, and like before; began pouring the Taint ability, his own Force signature, and the Dark Side into the cold, black steel. This took him three hours to complete as he worked diligently to perfect the desired effect.
In the end, he created a weapon only he could wield. Through the Taint ability and his own Force signature, no others could wield his weapon less suffer the effects created through the alchemized procedure. This would ensure that his own weapon could never be used against him or for ill intentions.
The extremely sharp blade itself could release Force Lightening on anything it touched, though it works best against flesh; while it effect can be negated by lightsaber blades or other materials that repel elemental attacks. It can defend against lightsabers just as easily as lightsaber energy blades or Sith swords but it has a limitation on deflecting blaster shots; and has no defense against slugthrower-class weapons.
