Tier 3 of January

I don't have all the objectives for this dominion planned out, but I have a general idea as far as which organisations could be where and by no means do I want to limit members, however; we need to be mindful that this could very well be rebelled. Given that Space Dad (i.e. Valiens) has already given me more than a stern warning about going here. So I would like to ask if Kaeshana itself can be handled with care given that this a world created by Valiens and I don't wanna be on his poodoo bucket. My idea for Kaeshana given what I know from Valiens, is that a severe natural disaster hit the planet so severe that the Eldorai (the natives of the planet) were evacuated en masse by Siobhan Kerrigan and her wife Tegaea Alcori and their Firemane Industries. From my understanding, they're wanting to do a Tier 1 of the planet with the Galactic Alliance.

My idea is that Valessia Brentioch and Irajah Ven (I've already spoken with her) go to Kaeshana with a small team of scientists and soldiers, as the scientists will want to study how this happened, why it happened, can there be a way to prevent it and lastly how the First Order can help. With Riflor as part of our planetary assets we as the First Order may already have the means in which to help the survivors of Kaeshana. Llon Nebulae from my understanding is a dangerous place to try and navigate and so I felt that our Starfighters and members of our Navy who if willing, can command some of our smaller ships (ships with stellar cartography in particular) to map the area out to help those traveling through the area (mostly our own freighters). Given Chalcedon's history with the Rakatan Infinite Empire I felt this would be a great expedition for the Knights of Ren. Now there's not a lot on the other two planets in the Wook, however; given that this use to be Omega Protectorate territory. I imagine that the First Order's presence may or may not be welcomed and given that we may (more than likely) be rebelled, I want to prepare for that by having us go into these worlds to help 'quell' already existing rebellions.

So those were just some of my ideas and proposals, I'd like to get your thoughts and input for this and then I can take all of that and come back with a more defined outline for the hex.

Let me reiterate what [member="Valessia Brentioch"] has stated re: Kaeshana. Nothing done here must give any ammunition to the "First Order are awful evil bad bad bad" people. This must be a purely humanitarian and scientific mission. No violence unless fired upon, etc. I can't stress it enough. My understanding is that we can exclude non-faction people up to 110 posts, so we shouldn't be in a position where they can bait us until then, but just we need to be very careful, because I'm not particularly interested in validating Kerrigan's idiotic view of us as a group.
