STRENGTHS
Medic: Having undergone training at the GADF's bootcamp for medic specialization, Tiare is highly versed in first aid and most medical practices. She also tends to be quick yet effecient due to the types of warzones she tends to pull her patients from.
Soldier: Similarly, as part of her GADF training, she has been taught the basics of being a soldier. How to follow orders, how to handle weaponry and military equipment. This has also developed a calm under pressure while operating.
WEAKNESSES
Jedi-Wary: Due to family connections dating back to the Clone Wars, she has been raised to be somewhat critical of the Jedi. She would never deny aid to them. However, she is not going to go out of her way to make friends with one either.
Patriotic: She has a major respect for all things relating to the Republic, the Old Rebellion, and the present Galactic Alliance. So much so that she does not tolerate people who bad mouth the nation-state. Individual politicians are just fine, though!
HISTORY
Tiare Malsuum is deeply rooted in her family’s legacy, tracing back to Hock Malsuum (CT-5539), a clone trooper veteran who had been abandoned during the Clone Wars and eventually started a family. Unlike many of the clone blood, the Malsuum family did not knowingly embrace their Mandalorian heritage as scions of Jango Fett, as they sought a simpler life. Raised on Hetzal Prime, a planet known for its revitalized and diverse agriculture, Tiare grew up among fields of abundant crops that fed the galaxy. This environment imbued her with a profound appreciation for life and a desire to nurture it, fostering her dream of becoming a doctor, a profession she believed epitomized care and preservation.
Despite her aspirations, Tiare faced obstacles that seemed to limit her path to medicine. Economic challenges and the scarcity of educational opportunities on Hetzal Prime led her to a pivotal decision at the age of 18. With few options left, she joined the Galactic Alliance Defense Force (GADF), seeing it as a stepping stone towards her medical ambitions. The military provided the education and training she needed, and she channeled her nurturing instincts into a role where she could make an immediate impact.
As a combat medic in the GADF, Tiare now finds herself in the thick of planetary engagements, where her skills are tested under the most dire circumstances. She is often among the first to swoop into combat zones aboard medical evacuation crafts, tending to the injured with a calm and efficient precision.
