In the hunt to learn what it meant to be a Padawan, or a young girl alive for that matter, Jane had done a fair amount of research during her flights towards missions and downtime inbetween lessons. No matter what she looked up on the holonet, one thing kept coming up: To meet people who were similar to one another, be social and have friends. And that Padawans often hang out together, even after lessons or missions.
And so began her grand plan to meet new Padawans, make new friends, and catch up with those she already knew.
During her research, she discovered that a popular socialization tool was a 'potluck'. According to the holonet, this meant 'having a small party with music while everyone brings their own food'. That seemed simple enough, at least in Jane's eyes. The Snowpeak Sanctuary had many open spaces and a beautiful view in the gardens. Add some small lights, and people can even hang out at night. She had no idea if Everest would be against a gathering in the gardens, but Jane saw no harm in it.
With a location decided, all that remained were the invitations. Now, she knew how to access the database containing the Padawan's commlink informations. Figuring out how to send a mass invitation, however, with a device far too large for her hands and a strong dislike for all machinery? And constant autocorrection that didn't correct her words properly? That was the main problem. Still, after many... many attempts, the girl finally sent out her first commlink message to all Padawans associated with the Hidden Path, as well as her friend

Perfect.
It was afternoon when Jane finished stringing fairy lights throughout the Snowpeak Sanctuary's garden. She wasn't sure if any of that was appropriate for a potluck, but she'd seen some posts on the Holonet titled "Aesthetic Parties" and thought it would work. She wore a homemade dress made out of a nearly discarded white curtain and plant dye. It wasn't perfect; the seams were slightly off, and the inside of the dress was a disaster. But with a little help from some lovely Jedi who knew a thing or two about modifying their own Jedi Robes, it worked well enough. The white fabric fell over her body like flower petals, and her bodice was dyed in a green ombré to resemble a flower's stem. It was, in reality, far too revealing for such a cold planet. And yet, feeling no cold, she was fine.
In the middle of the garden stood a large white table she managed to "borrow" from the storage, which was a disaster to carry through the enclave on her own. Her datapad was perched atop it, its speakers playing soft jazz music. Next to it was a package of Naboo waffles; it was all she could afford, and she had no idea how to cook. But it was a start.
The colors in the sky began to shift, with the horizon painted in pinks and golden hues, signaling that the party was about to begin. She quickly fought with the last string of fairy lights, trying to fling it on top of a high branch to complete the decorations.
