While he took it very seriously (not much he doesn’t take seriously), Caltin afforded himself chances to get off Tython when the opportunity presented itself. Not just because there were rare opportunities, but “all work and no play…”, right?
It’s not like he was going that far. He was travelling to “The Obelisk” space station, he and Chrysa had a condo apartment there and they were going to get some dinner and enjoy an evening together(not like that!). It was a quiet trip and the big man actually allowed himself to meditate on some matters.Caltin was looking forward to the evening, as it was a rare opportunity to unwind and reconnect with Chrysa. The space station's serene environment provided the perfect backdrop for reflection and relaxation, allowing him to temporarily set aside the demands of his responsibilities on Tython.
It was in that moment that a call was coming through on his comm-link, his personal frequency, few people would have this frequency. It had to be Chrysa. Reaching for and activating the device, he smiled and looked up Hey babe! I’m on… OH!
It wasn’t Chrysa.
